Fingerprint sensor responding better with this new update. Lost my Google Assistant and Pixel Launcher after flashing. Still monitoring the battery life-size far,so good.

Hi! Can the latest build be dirty flashed over the november build (the first, i think)?
I know is kind of lame to ask this, it just that there isn't any changelog and/or instructions...

Also, I'm on 3.2.7 firmware, is recommended to update to 3.2.8 now?
If it can be dirty flashed, should i flash gapps again too? Or just the latest build, wipe cache and dalvik, and reboot?

Thanks in advance and appreciate the work on this rom! :cowboy:

Yes you can dirty flash clean is always recommented though. Firmware 3.2.7 and up is ok i prefer 3.2.8 firmware better signal strenth and wifi in my country.

Thanks! I dirty flashed and wiped cache/dalvik, didn't update my firmware though. Everything went fine, i am writing this on the latest build with no problems :cowboy:
I always clean flash when changing or updating ROMs, but this time laziness won:laugh:

Amintaio - Divice: 1+1
I don't say that it have issues, but because it wouldn't boot at the begging of developing, it made a lot of people go away.

I only wait xposed to move on to nougat. That's the reason I am with oos now.

@NickosD: This was a statement for what exactly? No cynicism - a real question, because your first sentence won't fit well for me personally. I read it again and again, but only "beginnings" made sense instead of "begging".
Typical auto-correct thing?

I second that, is even smoother than the first build! As you said, the speed is a bit better, and overall smoothness is really good, scrolling seems way better too :good:
Jgcaap thank you very much on building and optimizing for OP3, i have used several ROMs, the only one near this smoothness was Arter97 Marshmallow but wanted to use Nougat, i stumbled upon this thread and i knew you also developed for OPO (now using my brother)... It seems you're way active on the community:cowboy:

New android user here. I'd like to try a nougat Rom. What's the installation procedure coming from freedomos 1.10 (OOS CB 3.5 )?
Just wipe then flash? Will I need to re-root? Also I see persons having a hard time downgrading from the oos beta 8 would I have those issues with this if I need to downgrade?

Thanks.

Not 100% certain, but I think you only have issues downgrading from beta 8 if you flash from stock recovery or from within the system.. I flashed via twrp and just wiped to downgrade... No issues at all and dm-verity gone..

Edit: I was on freedom os also....

So re: upgrading all I do is wipe ->flash ->restore? No re-rooting ?

So I took the plunge. One thing that stands out to me. The cm camera quality is not as good as the oos camera. Also I flash the oneplus fixer file that was post and it add the Google camera, its picture quality is better than the cm camera to me. But both are very slow compared to the oos camera. Can the oos camera be flashed on 7.1?
