question to maniac: is HWA usable for cm7.2? If yes, any plans to integrate it?

In case you haven't tried Epsylon's latest cm9, I suggest you do. I hate beta testing stuff because I like when things work and his last nightly is almost feature complete. I have not encountered any bug, freeze, crash or reboot. Try it.

I have the same battery problem, dropping eraticaly.
I'm on CM9 120709 but it was the same with other versions.
I wiped everything, did a clean install, did a battery calibration and now i'm stuck !
Any idea to solve this problem ? fortunately, it seems that i'm not the onlyone...

Some clues :
Usually in iddle mode, battery drain is about 2% per hour, last evening i have charged battery to 100%, i noticed 8% per hour drain all night long so i got 20% this morning !!!

This battery drain should be repaired by dalvik cache wipe. Check in battery usage whether it has deep sleep or only a standby. If yes then wiping shall help.

Ps. Usually in idle mode it is rather 1% per 2 hours, not 2% per hour (I loose ca 3% per night)

new Motherboard, new camera, new CPU but same battery from my old M525 green lens
now it has 1Ghz cpu, new motherboard from defy+, red lens camera
what Cyamogen shoul i install for best performance in games ?

I want to install latest stable CM7.2 on MB525. I have a few questions since most tutorials are about 7.1.

1. Do I need additional packages?
   GPS Fix
   Baseband switcher
2. Do I need to install the google apps zip from recovery, or can I get the google apps later from market?
3. Is the memory fix necessary, or is it already part of the rom?

Baseband switcher is already included
but you need gapps! otherwise you wont have such things as the market
