Just lower your volume with the hardware buttons on the side of your phone. This will mute the ringtone/vibration for the incoming call.

For every HTC I've had, pressing VOL DOWN once during incoming call, mutes the call. It's working 100%

I had this also starting from nightly number 200+ or something (since it is upgrading the market to the latest version). Somehow it was solved by itself. I've tried now with stable version and don't get any FC's. The only difference is that I don't have a SIM in my phone now. If it will FC with the SIM inserted, it could have something to do with the accounts since when no SIM is in the phone, Market does not recognize my installed/purchased applications.

Upgrading from any previous CM-7 release or nightly build should be smooth and no wipe should be required.

Wiping cache doesn't hurts, you can do it. For data, you can try first without wiping and if you run into problems, wipe everything then reflash. As I've installed alot of nightlies since 7.0.3, I also did some wipes so I cannot say if it's working perfect without it...theoretically it should work, but since it's different from phone to phone, the best way is to try for yourself. I saw alot of issues present for some people and for others not...so any answer can prove to be not applicable for you.

Ensure autobrightness is off, then poke through CM settings. There's no visible slider for the brightness, you just slide your finder along the actual statusbar

Well.. market crashes on me too..
But after taking advice from fellow members here..
It seems that changing language to English(US) seems to work..
Market didnt crash anymore..

BINGO! This could be the thing. I've been scrolling through settings and when I've reached "Language & Keyboard" I was suprised to see that it defaults to... MD (English) - I presume Moldavia or something...I've changed that to English (United States) and since then Market is not crashing anymore. Till your post I didn't thought they're related but it seems they are.
