i cant figure this out. ive tried every fix i can think of, but of every one i try, my mobile data NEVER reconnects on it's own. i have to full reboot every time. has anyone solved this? im in and out of service, and as long as i keep service, its fine, but if i go out of service, and come back in, i have to reboot to reconnect.
Should be fixed in latest builds.

If for some reason this still happens please let us know, if you can get a log it would help us greatly. You can also try toggling airplane mode off/on to get signal back w/o a reboot.

Just a heads up, we've pulled all of the 3/12 weeklies because there was an upstream change by CM that caused APN, no sim/no data issues across most of our devices . we are currently rebuilding a set of new weeklies with fixes in place. New builds will be up by tonight, thanks for understanding!

Tried 0305. It works great!
However, I still have the data issue. I'll get back into service, and can make calls, and send texts, but data will not reconnect. I am forced to at minimum soft reboot. Airplane mode on/off, data on/off do nothing to fix it.
I just installed the ROM and still checking it out. One thing thats glaring out to me tho is where is my much needed Voicemail app it missing?

No aosp or cm roms come with a voicemail app. You need to save it from your touchwiz backup. Or download a touchwiz rom a pull it from there.

voicemail should be outlawed. i always disable it. this update has been loading for nearly a half hour.
Where do you download? I followed the download link and it sends me to the 5.1.1 version not the 6.0.x version. Help?

im about to flash octos 6 on my new, beautiful blue brushed fake metal. haha is the apn file that was with the update for the cell service? now i cant find it to check it however, what is it. any add-ons anybody knows about?
If you have the tri-band you used to need the apn fix zip. Its no longer needed. Just flash Rom & gapps & good to go.

i think i may have another triband in a couple weeks. are you telling me that that is the fix for the cell service? how about the sound? was it in there also? if it was i wonder why it was put with the 710 files and not the triband because i never sasw there 6 days ago when i flashed octos and i took it off the triband because the blutooth shut the music right down when i hooked up my headphones. it worked fine with the phone just not music.
@pgellen, the APN fix is for boost, virgin mobile & "Sprint prepaid" only.

i know, im sorry, what i was saying is the apn file showed up with the d2spr file i downloaded today. i never saw it when i put octos on my triband last week. i wasn't too clear. i just thought it was in the wrong place is all. im probably wrong. thanks. im flashing right now. i like this rom very mch.

I don't have access to APN settings. Clean install on Sprint (d2spr). Not showing up under the Wireless & networks settings > Cellular networks.
Is anyone else having issues with Google Photos not loading your pictures. It first gave issues to login and non of my backed up photos would show up, I keep getting the blue circle refresh icon.
I have Octos L installed on another d2spr and have no trouble installing and logging into Photos and syncing backed up pics.
Also, I cannot get to SD card to load/show up and not able to add files on the phone itself.

Just to be clear, are you running this (Oct-M) on the triband? We have a d2spr build as well as this build which is d2refreshspr (the triband) the photos thing sounds like a sync error. What gapps package did you use?
My apologies looks like I posted in wrong thread.
I do not have the triband S3 but I downloaded the correct rom for my regular S3 d2spr from the team octos website, this one OCT-M-R1-6.0.1-20160319-D2SPR.ZIP.
I also used this gapps, Open Gapps Android 6.0 Micro Gapps, from the same website.
I went into accounts > sync and there were no errors, when I opened it up I would still get the continuous blue refresh circle.
I'm back on OctOS L and APN settings is there, I can see the SD card now but Photos still not syncing. I'm going to try another gapps.
