Here is working fine. To do a hard reboot press power button + vol up for around 5 secs.

When i root my phone it took it 20min to boot

Before start modding you need to know:
- how to go back to stock firmware;
- how to use flash tools (fastboot, xperia-flashtool, ...)
- that your device may hardbrick [emoji14]

CyanogenMod requires unlocked bootloader. If your bootloader is locked, it will not boot.
