it seems like for some reason wifi calling is using up huge amounts of the cpu, ranging from 35-70%. the weird thing is that i have it disabled, and it even is that high when wifi is off. This was happening in v5.3, i then superwiped and upgraded to 5.5 and am seeing the same behavior. this is keeping the cpu maxed out at all times and is causing heatup and battery drain. any ideas? thanks in advance!

Should I upgrade?

I am currently still running 5.2. I havent had any issues really other than the occasional reboot and having to close and reopen words with friends If I background it. Thats kinda annoying cause I love WWF (lul). Is there any real reason to upgrade to 5.3 or 5.5? Oh and another issue is pocket legends gets horrible fps when im full partied and we are killing ****. Cant think of that happening with any other rom. Ideas? Suggestions? Anything?

over the last few weeks i've seen people talking about new FW, so before installing DF 5.5.0 i flashed the latest FW 3.32...then i noticed DF is based on 3.30

will i have problems? should i/can i downgrade FW to 3.30?...edit: i did downgrade to 3.30, all OK

Tanks for the rom, smooth and fast. I flashed it over 5.3.0 with dalvik and cache deleted. No problems for now, everything is working ok. I flashed the new kernel from Sebastian v1.20 1782 Mhz, and the rom is flying. An Tu Tu benchmark

I know, I took a short cut to get the beats audio volume boost working thanks to mudhi and I made a mistake in one of the smali files, fixed in next update though ;)

Change RAM management for WWF and for slow FPS, its a common bug in some games as they havent been optimized for ICS yet. :)

I'm on 3.32 and there's no problems at all. there's no real difference between the 2 FW packages

Yo. Just flashed the new rom. Um, what's happened to the rosie? I see weather app is working properly now.:)

Edit: nvm, just flashed ssrosie no page. Rosie is back to normal. Moving on to test other things. Cheers.

Jonny - any chance at a flashable zip that fixes APM? Both Reboot and Shut Down goes to reboot - ie no way to recovery - except via bootloader - and noway to shut down and get to bootloader other than pulling battery ... no fun there... ;) Great rom otherwise ;)

1 question tho - why is the choice of beats and mudhi gone? What is default as I always chose mudhi? - also is sony xloud implementable as an option? or will it trash our headsets / speakers?

Mudhi got rid of a bug in which there was no difference between no effects and beats so i included his v4.8 as standard in the ROM as it is better than just Beats and HTC Enhancer ;)

    I've noticed that its hard for "not so known" devs to share roms and get good rates. We all know ARHD is huge... LeeDroid is well known etc etc. But i say... give the new roms a fair chance before rating. I like new roms.. u never know how good they and the dev are until you give it a chance.

    One rom i tried (before all these ics roms came) was SensationXMod007 that not many ppl use... and i prefer that rom before ARHDs 3.0 sense rom. Its super stable and have great battery life.

    Anyway... just my thoughts regarding ratings ;)

    What makes this ROM different? very good question, most of which can be answered by looking at the Features in the first post
    the main points are that all apps are updated as of yesterday, hosts file updated, volume tweaks applied for bigger sound throughout the system.
    oh and i will add a patch later that will allow people who are not that fond of beats audio profile to have dolby, srs, no-effect and EQ in the music enhancer
