making a nandroid backup doesn't always even work to fix the bootloop problem...unless i am forgetting what a nandroid is - i thought it was just a backup with TWRP...

Dude just odin back.. geez simple **** bro.. go into download mode odin the stock rom and your back.

Yea I didn't say restore. And yes. Running odin and flashing a the stock rom/stock rooted rom will most definitely bring your phone back from the dead. Read before you waste my time with useless posts. This is common sense stuff..

No reason to be so nasty. I was trying to help that poster out. Please read where he is asking about nandroids. Far from a "useless post". You were the one that chimed in with your comments without reading. Regardless, I'm not here to argue with you and I apologize to Jovy for clogging the thread up with this nonsense.

All users have to remember, if your odining back to stock you have to go into the stock recovery that the stock odin installs "The one that shows the android guy in the middle" and perform a data/factory reset in it to fix the bootloop.

There is nothing wrong with using an sd card i have a 32GB sandisk card that i have been flashing my roms from without one issue.

I agree...thank you! I was just trying to say I have no idea how I could Odin back to stock if the stock Rom is not available for download for my phone....I'd appreciate less rudeness and more help....

Now back to the original question...I know this Rom is not *made*for a wind or other Canadian phone, but has anyone tried it and found that it works fine?

How does pen window work? I added the apps I want to the list & reboot but once I start the apps I've added to the list, they don't start in a pen window. Am I doing it wrong? I'm on DS v2.

Hey jovy another user earlier posted that he couldn't do the air view shortcut in the message app to attach pictures. It's also not working for me with the feature turned on and even when I go to the tutorial.

Other than that all is golden. That awful volume bug when ppl called is gone so I thank you. Idk why Samsung thinks that's cool it's annoying as F.

I'm sorry but if you don't have a stock rom available to save you from incidents like you had happen then you really should wait until development catches up to your device. You need to be able to have that option bro or you may have a paper weight until they do.. and further more how the hell hasn't someone pulled the stock yet for you guys? lol that's the very first thibg. Lolol

YOLO duh  but for real... If you read the instructions and warnings all over the note 3 section you should be ready to go. I've had little to no problems other than what was already there before root.

fair enough, and that's why i haven't flashed anything yet... all i've done is rooted and put on TWRP but no roms... risky enough doing the other two, but i did them before i really realized how deadly they could be... thankfully didn't bother with trying to restore anything from TWRP

anyways, i'm not going to clutter up this thread anymore, but if someone would be kind enough to send me a PM on how to pull the stock ROM from my phone and make a flashable rom out of it? i don't even know if this is actually possible, but if there is any way to make an odin flashable zip file from a phone, please send me a message on how to do it! i'd be glad to post up my rom for people to use :)

Not sure what I am doing wrong....?

I am having some issues and can't figure out what I am doing wrong - first of all, I need to say that I have successfully flashed tons of roms - I even had this rom on my phone before I had bootloops and returned my phone to TMOBILE - So now I have a new phone and I can't seem to flash this rom at all!

Here is what I am doing:
1) CF Auto Root - I run this and successfully root
2) Install Twrp - 2.6.3.2 via ODIN
3) Create Backup
4) boot into recovery
5) Wipe Data
6) advanced Wipe - Cache, System, Delvick
7) flash rom
7) won't boot - continually reboots

Am I missing something somewhere? I followed your instructions precisely - and thought I had done everything the way I was supposed to.
