I'm having an issue that I hope can be resolved. When ever I'm on a phone call, instead of the screen shutting off when I hold it to my face it blinks on and off the entire call. This allows for buttons to be pushed which sux! I've had this issue with previous versions of this ROM as well. Other ROMs work fine. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks ahead of time.

Sorry guys that I havent been around lately in here. Just to let you all know I have been busy fixing some problems that I was having these past couple of days with some xda users/developers trolling and bashing all of my work and also sending me very negative/threatful things.

Just to let you all know I will not let the people who trully supports me down when there are other developers/users on xda who are trying to run me off so i would stop android development for you guys, but it wont HAPPEN!

DARTHSTALKER VERSION 5 is going to be one hell on an update and you all will get to enjoy it once I release it on Sunday morning!

I don't know if i was using an iPhone for to long or this is just plain crazy, an installer embedded in the ROM. OMG this is marvelous. How did ya accomplished so much in such small time. THANK YOU>

Swore by your work on the SGS2. Now I have a Note 3 and am more than thrilled to see you still developing. Version 4 of Darthstalker is flawless. Manual ad block is no biggie. Can't wait for the update. Expect a donation tonight or tomorrow when PayPal stops being such an unresponsive P.O.S.

This has been the only rom on my phone since I began flashing phones on my Note 3. Not trolling, the battery life did suck balls until I reflashed it and used the overclocked kernel instead if the daily driver kernel. I did find another flaw on it today. Went on a 2 hour trip to Fresno and my phone had quite a few reception issues along the way. My buddies stock Note 3 was working fine when mine was with complete no service at all while my buddy had full edge reception... yea it's edge, but I was in the middle of a deep text conversation. Anyone else having that issue?

Another issue I've been having tonight is text messages hanging and not being sent. Had to restart the phone three times already lol.

EDIT: Stuck again. ;(

Absolutely love this ROM! I think I'm noticing so far is that when I stream music with the screen turned off the music becomes choppy... Turn screen on and music is perfect. Note this is music stored on the phone but streaming through bluetooth

AFH has always had random issues with downloads. First an easiest fix is try a different browser.

I've always had best luck with chrome. For some odd reason stock Samsung has issues with it. Something about permissions. We found this out earlier this year when they did an update.

Well I found the fix for the mms crash on hangouts. I tried the updated version 2.0.122 and it fixed the crash and everything seems to be working very smooth. Here's the link.

You can choose between hangouts and sms. When you start a new a message and it gives you both contacts.

Saw this posted a few times...I am not sure why you are having this problem, I have zero issues, everything is working flawlessly. Try flashing againg, but wipe everything 3 or 4 times before you do..I am stock kernel, and this baby is running awesome, I don't even want to flash the new update that is coming out on sunday. Battery life is unbelievable, it just won't die. I can get 5hrs screen on time and still have 20% or more left. best rom ever

I was curious why nobody else seemed to be having any problems, I guess I was fortunate to have the LabRats ROM successfully download.

There might be something to learn from this for others as well.

Either LabRats was a random instance or it was uploaded via some other method. I generally use Firefox and that seemed to be the problem although the LabRats ROM was successful, hmmmmm....

I have to say LabRats ROM is great and I enjoyed very much, thanks to the developers of THAT ROM for helping me or I would not have been able to flash this one.

I apologize to OP for cluttering up your thread, I must say there must be a reason your thread has the most posts of ALL the others and I imagine it's a good thing.

Sorry to hear about your issues with other people on this forum, I was not here when JellyBam was still a contributor but I heard they were also removed from the forum. I do not know if it was valid or not, hope you sort everything out and glad you keep pushing forward for us.

Someone I know has had issues with people on this site in the past, he had purchased a phone through Swappa from someone and the guy failed to deliver the item. He would not respond for a couple weeks and he had to open up a PayPal dispute. After getting a hold of him through his employer and the paypal dispute, he started communicating. He became a member cause he wanted to let the community know of the members actions. Later he may or may not have been banned because he was accused of FLAMING the guy, it was ridiculous.

Thanks for responding. I changed from compulsion kernel to the stock kernel found in aroma and all seems well now. Hopefully it stays this way. I absolutely love this ROM as well. Thanks again...

Right now the only way to get the messages off the boot screen is run the stock kernel.

Just noticed now my multi window is not working....This ROM has the multi window, right? For some reason doesn't work. Will try to install the ROM again and see....
