[ROM] Debloated Stock 4.4.4 21.11.21

I really hate asking this question, and I know it's probably been answered before but..

Once Debloated Stock 4.4.4 comes out, could I use it as a secondary ROM in Safestrap?

The ROM must be a stock ROM and the "debloated" ROM is a stock ROM type..but it must be on the "stock" slot..then from that, is where the modifications takes place in the other slots..all is based from the stock slot..then make a backup of the stock slot, create a "slot-1" and so on..restore the backup to slot-1, once a copy of the stock ROM is on a created slot..then you would modify that slot to your liking..

This is a quick, crude explanation.. But generally, basically the way it works..

One must be careful here with the wording..because lots of school boy lawyers in these threads, that are quick to council on wording and procedure..

No thanks..if there where (more than one) a larger demand..I'd be honored to work up a guide..but I'm cutting back from my help here in XDA..to many demanding..persecuting..not enuff show of appreciation, loving kindness and respect..

I think I have the general idea..I'm currently on 19.6.3 but I don't want to lose root access when I update. The idea would be I would run this debloated version of the ROM and keep my root. At least, that's what I hope and pray for.

Yes Sir..you would flash the Dev's zip in recovery, while normal boot to the (unsafe) STOCK slot, NOT while boot to (safe) to a created slot (slot-1) or any other..the Dev's zip does NOT erase/overwrite personal data, (the one I used) doesn't..

I have not done this on your current version, with the current (Pie) root procedure..so I cannot say from experience..

Are you on (jcase) Pie Root (or) RockMyMoto Root exploit.?

But yet there are a few out there that truly care what you guys and many others do here and else where. Perhaps the best thing one can do is direct others to answers rather then give the answers. I know ignoring the kids when it comes to simple stuff for them to figure out results in then learning what they can on their own so they can ask the good questions.

Just another 2 cents worth that took a nickels worth of effort.

I already updated to 4.4.4 thru OTA , can i flash this modded firmware in my droid maxx , if yes kindly help me out how to do, i dont like verizon garbage, i am not rooted and having locked BL

I used the Pie Root, and I've achieved access to system through RockMyMoto IIRC...at any rate, I have SafeStrap functioning. I still haven't decided if I'll actually upgrade to 4.4.4 - my phone works essentially perfect right now as it is.

And yes, prayer always helps!

Actually I DID look like this when I realized I bought a phone that many said could not be unlocked, could not be rooted, and probably NEVER would! But I learned a valuable lesson: always research BEFORE you purchase! Although I did most of the research myself, I still needed a "little help" with the execution.
