So, I'm working on it. Don't know why I've uploaded not working version. The tested one worked fine, now I don't know what happens. Sorry for inconvenience, will release new version A3 with this thing fixed and new improvements.
Thx for answer and i wish a haapy new year :)

A3 seems nice, I'll definatly give a whirl. I like your approach towards the ROM, remove the Samsung crap but keep it Samsung-ish. :)

Thanks and good luck with the future updates.

Looks like a great ROM, just updated my phone to XXJPY using Odin.
Also installed CF-Root to get the 2e recovery.
But when I use 2e recovery to run update.zip I get installation aborted - why?
This is my first Custom ROM.

You need to select Choose the zip from sdcard ,not the update.zip function. Then you need to select DebusROM_A3.zip and then flash it ;)

Ok... I think I'm missing something.
In the 2e recovery I only have 4 options: reboot, apply update.zip, factory reset, wipe cache.
What I did wrong? Maybe I shouldn't
I used ROM Manager, but I don't think I installed it right, I still have 2e recovery not the custom one.

Ups, sorry my bad. I didn't noticed that you're using 2e recovery. So you need to have clockwork recovery to flash this. You can get it from the clockwork thread or more simple way is to flash hardcore speedmod kernel by odin and then you'll have clockwork recovery ;)

Wow, this thing is fast!
Don't know what gives the speed, maybe the 500hz kernel or the ROM, but it is a lot faster then stock ROM.
Btw, maybe on the next release you could add the gingerbread lockscreen, I mean the one that turns off like an old CRT TV? :)
Thanks for the help!

SDeba, seems that even installing add-on with Samsung widgets does not make them to work - still invisible within choosing widgets. Is there a good way to return to stock TWLauncher? Putting the launcher by copying stock JPY launcher do not work - causing blank screen :(

Despite that ROM is neat, fast and stable - good job :)

I'm trying your ROM. Seem to be very fast. I have been on doc's and darky's roms. The fastest so far was Darky's 7th series and your seem to be minimal as fast as this one. Restoring my apps with titanium backup to see how the system will be fast after that...I'm used to 'cook' my personal ROM to delete all that staf I don't need and to add the stuff I like. Going through your ZIP I found somethig strange, diferent to other ROMs (Darky's, Doc's etc.)
in system/app folder each .apk file has it's counterpart in file with same name but different extension .odex. I wonder why is that? I deleted all these files first but wasn't able to install your ROM afterwards.

Yes, they aren't having this .odex files because their ROM's are deodexed. The upcoming A4 version will be also deodexed. Operation like deleting this files will screw up the ROM. To deodex you need kitchen tools or sth ;) To return to stock launcher copy .apk and .odex file to ROM, or just wait for A4 version which will be better ;)

Is it just me because I applied Camera Hack or the Barcore Scanner, Smart Measure and other software that uses camera (except the Camera it self) cant load up? I get a crash or black screen in these softwares.

3e recovery needs files to signed. Must use other recovery menus. I used speedmod kernel (can be found in this forum) and got a preinstalled recovery menu. Oh and 2e doesn't seem to work either.
