You all must be On MM bootloader & Modem (You can Download Latest BL & Modem In Download Section)
1: Download Latest Version Of Rom & Put the Rom In your External Sd or Flash Drive
2: Reboot Into TWRP Recovery
3 : 3X (3 times) Wipe Cache , Dalvik / ART Cache , System & Data (Don't worry This will Not wipe your internal Memory If you didn't Choose Internal Storage)
4 : Flash Decent Rom
