you have mounted everything but you do clean wipes? wipe data system cache. dalvik.?

The instructions on how to flash this rom is in the First page, post #2

Just use the Temporary ClockworkMod recovery or the CWM 5.0.2.8 because the MTD CWM will damage your data partition, because it's for CM11

Download link works fine for me. Pretty nifty, after all these years.

Make sure to use an up-to-date / recent browser and check if you have any restrictions on your internet connection, like traffic limits, site blacklists, blocked protocols and such.
