The speed of this Alpha has nothing to do with honeycomb requirements, but more so the fact that this is a driverless sdk port. Try running a windows computer with no video drivers and you get a similar experience.

As for not meant for a phone, it is only the honeycomb launcher that is designed for tablets right now. install the gingerbread launcher or launcher pro and you've got a phone based android 3.0. (I'm judging this from the alpha 1 release of this rom)

you right .. but if you use another launcher (gingerbread / launcher pro , etc) then you loose something like setting.apk / contact.apk , ....they dosent work and show the FC (force Close).

anyway ..for now speed isnt important for me. sound/wifi/bt , ... is important !
but we need to wait until google release the honeycomb source then we can try to fix the big bugs !

Is this the end of the port?
How is it going?
Is it possible to get this ported to LG Optimus 2X too? :)
its depend on google .. we need wait until google release the honeycomb source.. i dont know when they release but only thing i can to do is waiting ...
porting from my rom For Optimus 2x is possible but its better you try Porting From SDK !

It's nice to know that people are willing to put time and effort into Honeycomb for the Legend, but I'd rather wait for 'Ice Cream Sandwich'.
I wonder if we can even run it smoothly, I mean considering the new details that have just come out this past week.

This means the development of this rom is since long dead.
Unless anyone makes a new port nothing will happen here

/request close?

If you give it some time an update will come, providing that they haven't dropped the project (which they haven't stated yet).
