OK issues I'm having are:

Very low audio
No 5ghz on WiFi
No external SD card (knows its go one, when I put the card in it says preparing SD card then nothing, shows as 0gb in storage, its fat32)
Used the CWM recovery but can't find a key combo to enter recovery on the tablet

Sent from my LG-V500 using xda app-developers app

I got to Factory Hard Reset but it didn't take me to recover.
I can't find anything else about getting into recovery. When/if you run out of options, I suggest trying to return to stock using the method in this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2471370

Furthermore, I suggest using/trying TWRP next time since it does allow you to get to recovery by the key combo I posted earlier. Up to you, of course.

Good Luck, sir.

Edit: Forgot to say, that is a G2 guide, but supposedly works with the GPad using the same key combo, and if that doesn't work, press power up+ power down and put the usb in. I haven't tried this, so idk. Again, good luck.

This is the guide in the General section:

Same issues.
Even though in settings the SD card shows 0 gb, it is usable in file manager with all my files visible.

Agreed. I also suggest using TWRP as it is official and I just don't have the time to look into and fix issues. CWM was sort of a personal project for me. Like I said, this ROM flashed and works fine for me using my post's instructions and files. Not sure what went wrong.

OT: Anyone else having auto rotate issues?

I just want to say, I'm not trying to take anything away from your accomplishment (I couldn't have done it) and I highly doubt his issues have anything to do with the CWM itself. I think it was just an unlucky flash, or perhaps a bad download. It happens; it's just unfortunate LG doesn't provide a button combo to boot into recovery.

As for the auto-rotate, a couple others said they were having the issue. Dalingrin asked someone to check a folder and file. Not sure if anyone did.

Can you check /data/system/sensors for me?
Does it exist? If so, what are contents of: /data/system/sensors/settings
Edit: @dalingrin, in the CMB thread, they had auto rotate issues too and it sometimes was fixed by rebooting. A permanent fix was found by replacing the sensors.msm8960.so file:

Thank you for all your help. I'm now downloading LG recovery (it's so slooowww). I will try tomorrow again. BTW, I did try TWRP initially but I was unable to install CM11 because it complained that I'm trying to install v500 on awifi.

Be sure you have TWRP 2.6.3.1... 2.6.3.0 will not work..
Install went routine for me.. but SD Card is not being seen..

This has made me very excited to get mine! Sweet! (only 14 days to go...)

This thread is for discussion of the nightlies only from http://download.cyanogenmod.org

Where to get info:
A good place to discuss in real-time is IRC at channel #lg-gpad on freenode

You can follow me on:
Google+: https://plus.google.com/114860410994043943287
Twitter: @dalingrin
Google+ is preferred but I will cross post to twitter as well.

Known issues:
-While LG's knock on feature works, knock off does not work yet.(A simple work around is go to the settings and add a "go to sleep" quick settings tile)
-Currently only for v500. GPE v510 support coming soon.

Installation:
Instructions will be up soon at http://wiki.cyanogenmod.org
Must have latest recoveries installed. If you installed your recovery prior to December 6th 2013 then you need to update it.
If flashing from a LG based rom then you must wipe the /data

Just to report the same couple of issues I had with the CMB version, Beach Buggy Blitz very slow to start up and Geekbench 3 crashes.

Can anyone else confirm the same behavior or is it just me?

Also I can confirm the same SD card behaviour as others, 0 size in settings/storage but shows up in explorer.

Thanks for your work on this.

Flashed TWRP with flashify.
Made a nandroid backup.
Wiped data and formatted 'system'
Flashed ROM.
Flashed 4.4 gapps (remember to download them before going in recovery, they are not included in CM)

+CM setup ok
+Google account setup ok
+Google play ok

+Knock on works
+Antutu benchmark: 22247
+Rotation works
=MicroSD on ES Explorer shows up under /storage/external_SD
-Auto Brightness is dark
-Camera on HDR crashes

We may change default auto brightness curve in the future but keep in mind that you can do this on your own.
Just open up the brightness settings and tap on the settings icon on the right.
The "brightness adjustment" is a bias for the auto brightness curve.
FWIW, I put my brightness adjustment at about 60% currently.
