**This is currently a WIP, there are problems but as a community we can get this port solid.**

-= INFO ON THIS PRE-ALPHA ROM =-

This is Sense 4.0, ICS 4.0.3. It is ported from the latest HTC Endeavour RUU leak. The Endeavour is a quad-core tegra 3 phone, with 720p display. So yes this rom will take some work.

The rom that I will be posting was rebased from the sensation port, so credit to those devs. I will not just be using their work, I will be doing my own fixes and whatnot.

This rom is more of a preview. It has alot of issues. But hey, this was one of the first Sense 4.0 ports EVER, and its on NEXUS S. Thats pretty crazy ;)

Realize, that by flashing this, you agree to not post any dumb things in this thread. Please do not post about things not working. Only post if you want to contribute to developing, or you have ideas on a potential fix. Thank you.

-= WORKING =-

-It boots
-Some htc apps
-Not much, hence the name PRE-ALPHA
-= HOW TO BE GOOD AT THIS ROM =-

As of now, it isnt very stable (duhh). So after flashing, let it settle down a bit, it will reboot some and do its thing. After awhile it runs pretty damn smooth. You will have to get used to random reboots and force closes. It's still kinda cool to look at though, don't let these problems discourage you from flashing :)

**This is barely worth posting, but its been high demand by alot of users**

So, before I go crazy with the layout of this thread, here's the deal..

This is sense 4.0, ported from the leaked HTC Endeavour ruu. Not much works really, but its still pretty cool to look through some of the new htc apps. This is meant for a 720p device, so almost all apps need to be resized.

I'm posting this because there has been a number of users requesting that I upload it for them to mess around with, and because I havent seen a port on the internet yet.

Saying this, I know this rom doesnt completely function, and I know that it may be cluttering the dev section, but hey its development. And its sense 4.0 on the nexus s. I still havent seen sense 4.0 ports on htc devices.

What I need from the community is help resizing the apps, and some of the framework. Tedious task, but if we do it now, when a qhd sense 4.0 rom comes we will be ready

Good **** man

This may not work at all, but I have an EVO 3d as well as nexus 4g. We have one port for the 3d that functions about as much as this by Joelz (ICS Sense 3.6). When flashing that rom if you flash and boot, then do a battery pull and reboot, then you don't get all of the crazy force closes, but if you don't do this a lot of stuff force closes making the rom absolutely unusable. Maybe it works with this as well. Just something to try. In any event, thank you for always having the courage to jump in the water no matter what the end result will be with your ports. You always try to bring a different flavor to our devices and it is greatly appreciated.

If there is a tutorial somewhere or if you could even just show me how to resize apps I would be more than willing to help. I've modded a few different apks using apk manager so I'm sure I could handle it. Plus I'm an easy learner.

When I get home I will try to find a guide to help resizing apps. This is definitely going to be my daily when it gets fully working.

Resizing all the apps would be a major PITA... I don't think it's worth the effort man. I think you'd be better off waiting for 4.0 ICS on a device with our resolution...

Yeah I've realized this, too much work.. I want to try and resize Rosie to see if it will at least load, but its most likely based on m10, which needs that special m10 tool that doesn't even work for sense 3.5.

yeah you're gonna need to resize the icons and any xml code too. and decompiling and recompiling rosie is just not worth it imo

But then most current HTC phones that are getting ICS will be updated most likely to Sense 3.6 if I'm not correct. For now it might just be better to get the Sense 3.6 ROM from the Sensation and have that working. A device with our resolution may not happen for at least a few more months.

Well, good news and bad news. Good news is i'm finally home and I realized how much I missed civilization hahah.. bad news is the port is being weird on me.

When I attempted to port sense 3.5, some versions wouldnt boot no matter what I did to them. Same with ics sense 3.6. Either I'm doing something wrong (highly unlikely, theres not much you can do wrong) or htc got tricky somewhere in the kernel or something, I dont know.

I'm working on it. I don't have an eta, or any idea if it will boot, but I just wanted to let everyone know I'll try my hardest to get this booting, I love sense ;)
