TEMPORARY INFORMATION:

Don't use the guide on the blog and don't use specific kernel as Beta 5 has the kernel included in rom zip.

Follow this guide at the moment:
1) download rom zip, gapps, cwm 5 temp recovery and ext4 formatter. (rom and cwm5 link you find on first post)
2) boot in recovery and flash cwm 5 temp.
3) flash the ROM (in this case only kernel will be flashed), then flash the ext4 formatter, then go advanced and reboot recovery.
4) now wipe data, cache and dalvik cache, then flash the rom. If it takes less than 6-7 seconds then you made something wrong. (normal flash should last at least from 10 to 20 seconds)
5) mount /system and flash the gapps
6) you rock now reboot system and enjoy

So far, only Torch and Play Store aren't working (PS throws 491, even with fix_play_store.zip fix)
Camera also has no flash, although takes photos and really great panoramas.
Performance is amazing!

    CyanogenMod is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 4.0.4 (ICS), which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.

    Code:
    #include
    /*
     * Your warranty is now void.
     *
     * I am not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards,
     * thermonuclear war, or you getting fired because the alarm app failed. Please
     * do some research if you have any concerns about features included in this ROM
     * before flashing it! YOU are choosing to make these modifications, and if
     * you point the finger at me for messing up your device, I will laugh at you.
     *
     * Submitting bug reports on nightly builds is the leading
     * cause of male impotence.
     */

    CyanogenMod is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restore the Google parts. CyanogenMod does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.

    BroadcomCM is based on the CyanogenMod Project. Our goal is to create ROMs based on CyanogenMod Sources for Broadcom BC21553 devices. All the source code for CyanogenMod is available in the broadcomCM Github repo. You can also view the Changelog for a full list of changes & features.
