Dude instead of a rom just concentrate on a kernel for cm9 for fit much smaller sources and easier to build of course debuging and all it lot tougher.
Just my thought take your time just what to know if you r going to do it or not just a yes...pls say yes also this will help porter port cm9 easily.

I am doing. The source downloading for the CM9 and the ICS is also started so no need to worry.

ramdisk gotta be edited also according Dqib the audio error is related to kernel according to a logcat the speaker doesn't get allocated by the powermanager and the camerahal doesn't get loaded by the camera service any help decoding this by the dev yajnab will be appreciated

PS according to michie the google designed jellybean and ics to work with interactive governer.

PPS keaping the min freq at 125 will help get a better battery life.

You are completely true . The Camera service, SPeaker in the JB is made for the Kernel 3.x. and so there a problem arises if u donot backport the drivers. There also needs to mod the kernel as the caller in the ICS and JB differs a bit. Just this

RHB is porter ge took karnel from TheWhisp and Cam Fix from ace so bouth are from Jellaxy

and yajnab isnt porting so it will take more time be patient

ps. all yajnab has to do is to take camera libs from ace and change some things and it will work.

Working on the Camers. There were some files moded by me for the smoothness. Isint it feeling like u r working in a 1GHz Ram device with good processing power. I am using this daily, as i alawys keep a digital camera for photography.

I think dere is a problem in the camera package. Building this, but have stopped the compilation as its late night now. Not celebrated the Diwali festival also . Will compile the next day and check whether it is fixed or not.

you can try downloading camera files from AOKP v8 and just puting them and improving it will go a lot faster.
