hi, I have installed the rom. The power crashes sometimes.
there is no security app, especially the antivirus app, cleaner app.
themes app was missing, installed the latest version from apkmirror and I get an error "themes are not available in your area".

Themes do not work anymore because of the GDPR and it uses "user data" and Xiaomi didnt make it GDPR conform, so they removed it from EU.

Many needless apps (BLOATWARE) is removed from Xiaomi.eu. No one needs antivirus on a smartphone.. Dont install bullshit from strange sources.

Installation Instructions: Mipad 4 Wifi & Mipad 4 LTE
• - Make sure your bootloader is unlocked!

• - Boot to fastboot mode
• - Run twrp-installer.exe in folder , tool automatic boot in TWRP
- Wipe/ Format data and Reboot in to Recovery TWRP again
- Mount all the possible partitions
- Wipe your data,cache,Internal storage,dalvik DONT WIPE SYSTEM OR YOU WILL BRICK YOUR DEVICE
- Using MTP or OTG copy the xiaomi.eu rom to your device
- Flash the xiaomi.eu_multi_MIPAD4_8.9.6_v10-8.1 rom
- Wipe cache and dalvik
- Reboot

Is no-verity-opt-encrypt-6.0.zip required? Its listed under step 5 in this particular guide

China roms are encrypted, u need to do "format data"(factory reset) in twrp, reboot twrp, adv.wipes - data, cache x 2.
XiaomiEu is unencrypted - you don't need disable.zip but if you will flash it nothing will happened.

So if coming from China ROM I just do what you describe, no need to flash that extra decrypt zip? Just wipe data reboot wipe again

I didn't write "wipe"(left button in twrp) but "format"(right).

not a big deal, just have to turn back on after reboot.

Great.. Why is the unlock process 720hours = 30 days.. What is wrong with Xiaomi?!? The Tab3 was also supported from XIaomi.eu.. But only small releases.. Lets hope for better with the Pad4.

hi guys !!!! i have mi pad 4 lte with unofisial unlocked bootloader came with china shope rom bla bla bla ...... to install this rom must relock bootloder again with china dev rom ....... and after that unlock ofisial again ..... and after that do all this ... or its ok to flash with this unofisial bootloader ??? i dont want to brick mi divice if anyone can tell me this for sure ..... sry for my bad english thanks !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi.
First don't shout
Second - why do You want to relock bootloader? Your pad is unlocked so install twrp, then install recovery rom miui 9 od 10(xiaomi.eu), root it with magisk
There was a topic that mi pad 4 was bricked after relocking bootloader, so be careful

There is no global stable in xiaomi.eu rom for mi pad 4.
For now only miui 10 developer based on China developer with multiple language and without MIUI/xiaomi blotware + play store included.
Latest ROM for mi pad 4 by xiaomi.eu is dated as 2018-09-20. As for xiaomi.eu ROMs You can always download newer rom and install it via TWRP without wipe and rom will be upgraded...

yes i know this for now thanks ....... but i think mi pad 4 take global 10 stable soon from devs

Then DONT trust these "devs", because the OFFICAL devs said, there is no PLAN for GLOBAL ROM for the Pad. There exists no GLOBAL DEV and for sure no GLOBAL STABLE for the pad.
