Update your vendor.img -- you need to do this monthly. If you don't, you'll lose WiFi connection.

No reason to post about it. This is something everyone should know if they've been using any custom ROM on any of the latest Nexus devices.

Apologies if this is the wrong place to post, new here, but I just tried flashing the newest flounder on my Nexus 9. It looked successful in TWRP as far as I could tell, and then said it might take a few minutes to boot up the first time and might loop a couple times, but now it's been just sitting on the white "Google" text for almost an hour. Occasionally going black and coming back on.

So how long is "a few minutes" actually? What could I have done wrong? I used Nexus Root Toolkit to unlock and root (following it's instructions) and then I followed the instructions on here to flash DU. Confused.

Thanks

Make sure you've got the latest bootloader for marshmallow (3.48.0.0135) as well as the corresponding vendor. If you don't, then fastboot flash them. If you do, try flashing either elemental or fire&ice kernel.
