Dirty Unicorns (DU) is a custom ROM originally based off AOKP, but now based from OmniROM. DU brings you a great mix of stability and customization. The idea to start a ROM like this was purely out of boredom, but later turned into a form of an addiction, a good one. We began to have fun while still doing things the right way. By doing so, we received high praise from not only our users but by fellow developers of other ROMs that enjoy seeing things done the right way. This ROM will always be free of charge without any strings attached or any of it's developers luring you into donating or any form of "pay to flash".

Hi. I really wanna try this. Does it have dialer and sms function? If none can u include it in your next build? Or can I flash Google dialer and guyadams' sms mod? Ty

If you want SMS function, try to edit the framework-res.apk or use an Xposed Framework Module to enable.

Flashing that stuff should make it for you.

I think SMS will be enabled in the next build.

im downloading the rom right now but it stuck at 96%. 15 mins had passed and still stuck.. i can't download it in androidfile host. my downloads are always interrupted. it's down to 0 bytes/sec now.. i will try your next build hope u include dialer and sms function. thanks :). the installation instruction u said wipe eveything does it mean wiping the system also? unlike other rom factory reset will do. sorry still a noob.

you should wipe the system...
(PhilTouch has the option, wipe to install new rom, it makes thing easier, just my opinion)

Probably the most stupid question ever, but...
Does that Rom also run on the Flo version?

Since I run DU on the Hammerhead, and I kind of like the same Roms on my devices, I really want to run DU on my non 3G Nexus 7 ...:D

Thank you so much to DirtyUnicorn team for make it possible for LTE version. Ive been using this rom on my Note 1 and Im very impressed with its customization and performance. I also thinking to contact you guys if there is a rom for Nexus 7 LTE, and I browse through this thread and found this ROM. Im very happy. Thank you so much for your hard work. I really like this rom.
