Thx Powermetza. I appreciate your efforts to provide all of us with what is most likely a fine ROM. Others have installed it successfully so obviously you've done a fine job.

For what it's worth; I don't care whatsoever about Youtube. It would be interesting to try the recompiled ROM even with that bug. If you felt like making it available to me, I'd give it a shot.

Thanks for the efforts, Powermetza. Unfortunately, exact same problems persist for me.

One thing I noticed while trying to install this version as well as the others is:
- upon initial install and boot, I can access the settings screen without issue. I press the icon and am in Settings as one would expect.
- after first restart and arrival at home screen, if I try to access Settings it hangs and white-screens. Eventually I get prompted to wait or close it. Once the prompt comes up I also get a superSu request for access. I grant it and can then get into Settings normally.
- once I reboot again, that is when the bootloop begins.

As mentioned, thanks for your efforts. I have gone back to Gr8nole's ROM but while certainly keep my eyes on yours. I am keen to use some of the extra toys your ROM provides.

Update: I kept messing with the install.
- I reinstalled the ROM/Gapps and also superSu 2.65.
- once first boot completed, I accessed Settings and checked what Root Access was showing: NONE.
- I rebooted and once on home screen, I tried to get into Settings again. Once again, I got white-screened and eventually a request from superSu. This time instead of granting it, I DENIED it. Settings was once again accessible to me.
- I rebooted again and the typifal "optimizing this/that" scrolled by and eventually I got to the home screen. Historically, I would've been in a boot loop now. NOT THIS TIME.
- I accessed Settings again and it opened normally. I closed it and rebooted.
- During reboot, the "optimizing this/that" was gone. The message now was something like "starting apps" or similar.
- I got to home screen again. No boot loop again.
- I rebooted numerous times successfully now. BIG STEP IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION.
Thus far, I have not entered my Google account stuff; haven't changed any other settings; haven't set a darn thing up. I'll do that during the day today and report back.

I think I know why you have problems. This rom has supersu included (the root settings are included in rom settings), so you don't need to flash it. And supersu 2.65 is beta and it use a new type of root (systemless root). Maybe this is the problem.
A few days ago I instaled cm12.1 and I tried to set up my google account on the first boot and I received a white screen. The only solution was to restart and on boot I chose only the language and skip everything else and only after the tablet started (home screen) I connected the wifi and I connected to my google acount. I did not stayed on cm12.1 because of youtube.
So try to flash the rom (clean install), flash gapps and flash keybordfix.zip from my first post. Do not flash supersu. After the rom is started chose only the language and skip wifi and google. After that, if the tablet is started ok (home screen), connect to wifi and set up you account.

All my install attempts prior to me mentioning su2.65 earlier today were done without any additional su zips of any flavor. I only installed the ROM and Gapps. What I may do is exactly what you recommend above; reinstall the ROM and Gapps again (without su2.65) and when I am asked for su access to Settings, deny it and see what happens.

Edit: I am not able to skip wifi set-up. NEXT has always been greyed-out.

I'm not sure why giving SETTINGS causes the boot loop, but it is fairly apparent it is a problem (for my tablet, anyways). I'm currently installing apps and customizations so I can finally give this ROM a try.

A humble, NON CRITICIZING, question.

I have the last load from December on my t310, and my tablet seems sluggish. Scrolling and launching apps is not as snappy as. I've seen previously. In kernel aidutor, the maximum cpu frequency is set to 1550 with the interactive governor, and deadline i/o scheduler. I have no other tweaks in KA. In the developer settings, Windows scaling is set to 0.5.

Is there anything else I can tweak or enable?

I use pagasusq governor, bfq i/o scheduler, windows animation scale 0.3x, transition animation scale 0.3x and animation duration scale 0.3x.

Small bug perhaps?
When customizing the battery bar and clock colors, SETTINGS force closes every time. I can change the other parameters like font and stuff, just not the colors.

Check latest lt01lte commit to fix T315 ril compile.

Edit: I have no idea if ril is working on the T315, I haven't had anyone mention it one way or another on CM.

Don't get stressed, powermetza. Your efforts are appreciated! I have no knowledge on how to do what you or anyone else does in order to create a ROM for an otherwise forgotten device. I will NEVER complain about what you do, how long it takes or anything else. I am grateful you are trying!

I have provided feedback on the T310 ROM already. Summary is that it is working really well for me aside from the slight issue with changing clock and battery bar colors. I really don't care if that works or not; just thought I would mention it to you.

This rom is great. Brought new life to an OLD tablet. Only bugs I've encountered have either been acknowledged or have nothing to do with the rom itself but apps not updated to work with marsmallow yet. So great work @powermetza and @gr8nole. I'm running the build from December 20th and love it.

Downloaded and flashed 20160110-lt01wifi yesterday and it didn't work for me. Wiped dalvik and cache, flashed and upon startup get flooded with setup wizard error messages. So I tried a clean install and had the same issue.

So clean install of the 20160102 build and that one runs just fine.

At the time of my last post I tried a dirty flash first, just wiping dalvik and cache. Then I tried doing a full wipe and installing that build + gapps same issue.

I'll try again hopefully tomorrow before going to work. Thanks for the heads up its working.

Tried installing lt01wifi with latest nightly and gapps aroma. Tablet takes a REALLY long time on preparing contacts storage but it finished after being stuck for 10 minutes.

After rebooting twice, it crashed and rebooted and now it seems to be stuck.
