Flashed May 17th build from 1st post, rom is very awesome. Only culprit I've noticed is creating and growing of two log files (10 MB in couple minutes):

I've googled a bit and it seems it's some debug setting left enabled, it occured in other roms as well. Here's even a commit to disable the cnss log: https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=70955628&postcount=135

Any chance this gets disabled in a bugfix release ?

Is Footej the best choice to use with this ROM? Default Snap camera seems OK, but you can't play videos recorded with it.

[edit] Video in Footej works fine. Seems only bug left is the dark front camera in video mode. But otherwise the ROM is awesome 8h SOT over 48h without charging, system is fluid and flies.

Is this ROM still getting updates? Do not want to be on LineageOS 7 because of xposed ... :)
Or is there an alternative for nougat?
The build is from May 17th, it works great, xposed too. Nougat fork of xposed is unstable, apps are crashing all over the place.

OK. Then I'll stay at LineageOS 13 :)

Maybe soon appears xposed for nougat. ^^

Thanks for your work on the ROMs. Without you developers, the Android world would not be so beautiful.

PS: Where can I download the Snap Cam? With the Moto-Cam do you mean the directly from the Playstore? Especially for the last errors that are still in this ROM (nothing against you).

Weird. Vidhanth say this. "This issue seems to be occurring only with snap camera..."

So are both affected now? Snap cam and stock cam?

I'm confused. Then only remains the Moto Cam.
As I said the "stock" camera in LOS is called snap camera, it's even in the package name.

I didn't try Moto cam yet, only Footej.

Youve to enable it via developer option (how to get dev options : go to about phone and tap build number simultaneously 7 or more times)

Next go to developer options and you'll get an option for that. Enable it. (apps only or apps and adb)

Sorry i did not write a complete reason. I've done that step but it still does not work

    Woah I didn't know there were so many mm fan boys here xD Cool then I shall work on it and will update soon ;)
    still waiting for updated los 13 rom
    Good to know and thanks for reminding me that I don't have a life outside xda
    New Build Up!
    * Source updates
    * Fixed dark camera bug
    * Fixed double tap to wake, it works perfectly now

    The rom is now fully stable. The only issue is the advanced reboot, but i guess it can be ignored as you can always use button combo to get into recovery/fastboot. Long pressing the fingerprint scanner opens up the camera. If you dont like it, you can disable the stock cam app and install snap camera mentioned in the nougat rom threads

    Hi, thanks Vidhanth. Looking forward to some updates.

    1) Holding the fingerprint scanner brings up the camera. I can't find the option to disable this. Can anyone help?

    2) Reading '/r/android/the_issue_of_security_in_lineageos' thread on Reddit regarding security patches on LOS. They say it's dependent on how well they are applied by the maintainer regardless of what it says the latest patch level is. Is this an issue here?
    1. Disable snap cam and use some other app
    2. I have the trees and kernel trees ready, it's just that I didn't have much time to update. My college just started so yeah I'm kinda busy. But I will surely update ;)
