If you have su, dd method should work.
ok perfect, thank you. Do you know a good modem version I could use then ?

I tried out dd but it doesn't seem to stick. odin/heimdall might actually be the only way to do it.
I would expect the latest (DRI2/DRI1) firmware to work best. BTW, have you already tried dialing *#*#4636#*#* and checking the Radio Band and Preferred Network Type? They might have some effect.

Wow that would be wonderful, and i would really appreciate it if the duos version could get both sims working on any of the recent lineage ROMs.

Hi @ripee,
Thank you so much for all of the work you have done on the ROMS. I've been very pleased with the performance and function of my phone. Does the lineage-16.0-20200610-UNOFFICIAL-trlte build have the Google COVID framework installed? I'm trying to track down how it got on my phone. If anyone else knows the answer, please feel free to chime in. Thanks again for everything you have done.
So sorry about that. Here it is: https://drive.google.com/file/d/18ZceVQoyorwmdEOQG9i3Y01L40OOe2xS/view?usp=sharing

COVID framework is new addition to Google Play Services framework.
Installs with Google Play Services (update) package.
(technically it's a part of the API framework)
Its not included in LOS 16.

Hi,
First I wanted to thank Ripee for the great work with this rom, it works really great on the Note 4 (I have a 910T3). I'm so glad I don't have to use Samsung Stock, the phone is a lot faster with your custom ROM.
I'm sure a lot of hard work went into this.
I did notice a few bugs that still remain:
1. the phone get gets SUUUUUUUPER slow. I now investigated that 2 of the 4 CPU cores are permanently off, no matter the system load. Rebooting switches them off again.
2. Bluetooth seeems to struggle and keeps crashing and restarting. I receive a message "bluetooth has crashed" eventually. This is not always but intermittently, when using bluetooth audio.
3. GPS loses the GPS signal, but does not report it. Google maps just stops, even when driving, the speed is displayed as 0
4. The camera stops working (rarely)
Rebooting fixes the issued, but is not really a great solution.
I'm looking for a workaround to force on all 4 cores when I need them.
Would it be helpful if I submit the logs? I'm pretty knowledgeable and would like to help in any way I can.
Update:
When enabling the battery saver, two of the 4 cores switch off. When deactivating the battery saver, they never come back, they remain permanently off, even when both active cores are maxed out and overloaded. Is there a tool that I can force all 4 cores to be on again?

Thanks for your response. I just dialed *#*#4636#*#*, and the Radio Band in "Automatic, and Preferred Network Type is set to "LET/UMTS auto (PRL)....do you think it's good ?
Thanks
