Download Gapps (don't choose full gapps)

Installation starting from custom rom

1) Be on custom rom (like cyano or others)
2) Download ROM and 4.4 gapps
3) Put zip files on SD card
4) Reboot to Recovery
5) Wipe data, cache and dalvik
6) Go to Mounts and Storage and do a format /system
7) Come back to main menu and select "Install the Zip from External Storage"
8) Choose and install the rom
9) Select "Install the Zip from External Storage" and install gapps zip
10) Only Users that have the I9070P must flash this file -> tee.zip
11) Reboot

Installation starting from stock rom

If you don't have root, download this, reboot on recovery and flash it.

1) Be on stock rom
2) Download temporaneal recovery and copy to sd -> Recovery Temp
3) Go on recovery (power + volume up + home) select install from external sd card and select the zip (update.zip)
4) The phone will automatically go on new recovery
5) Follow the principal guide from point 5

Tips
-First boot requres a lot of time
-MTP - to make MTP working, go to Settings, Developer options, disable USB debugging, re-enable it again, tap ok from the message
-Torch works only with CyanogenMod's app

Well, since ART is an ahead of time execution model, that "bootloop" you guys are experiencing is just the phone compiling the apps for later use. Therefore, it's easy to see that the more you have installed when you switch from dalvik to ART, the more it'll take. Ah, if only our little S advance had a snapdragon 805... :p
