i dont know whats my problem.flash latest build and steel connet to wifi didnot work.when i fill my wifi information and click to connect its just did not hapen everything

I Had to flash several Times Till it didnt bootloop. But now it Works! Thank you finally I got my Google Feed. ?

All my Apps lost their authorizations.

For me the phone always freezes after either the boot logo or after I press start (in the just a sec... phase). The phone is entirely unresponsive.

Update: Things are finally working! The issue above was fixed by removing the SIM tray and skipping the setup in that phase and then putting it back in...

Updated, here are issues I met:
First time update failed and the second time succeeded
All apps lost their permisson authorization
Google service is gone?!
I cannot find GOOGLE play store in the drawer, Gcalendar either
Google keep , Google Pinyin Input FC
Maybe I should try to flash OpenGapps again and see

[Edit] Gapps reflashed. All stuffs worked as before.

Is anyone having luck getting Safetynet to pass? With either the stable, the beta, or the alpha, Magisk still doesn't pass with ctsprofile: false.

By the way, great work. Everything else is working and it feels so fast and battery efficient. You never know how much you miss stock android until you have it again!

I just flashed the new release completly clean, reverting to stock etc. It works pretty good. Also just passed Safety Net without Spoofer zip.
I just flashed completly new because on old version I couldnt connect to the internet through my browser apps. Every app was working and had internet except chrome, opera, firefox and GMail. I have no ideo what was wrong, but now it works again. Thanks for this amazing rom!

Would you explain how do yo do this step for step for dummys? Starting with which Magisk and Manager build you install. Without and with spoofer I dont pass, I tried everything I read in several posts. I have a clean installation too.

First I followed my steps from this thread to get a clean install. (Only Step 1-8).
Then I flashed decrypted the data, flashed the trwp and the encryption zip from this thread.
Then I downloaded and installed newest rom with gapps (super) and magisk beta 17.3 from the official thread.
Then I installed the newest version of the magisk manager (6.0.1) from the official thread.

I think that was all.

yes I already had this error once or twice . Just reboot to recovery and flash again.
NEVER reboot to system after this error . There is a good chance of having to reinstall GAPPS and lose all application permissions.

the best and simplest way to have safetynet pass is to restore your stock kernel, but warning to have the security_patch associated or bootloop (restore /kernel and /vendor backup)

Now it worked, but it weren`t your hint, but it helped me yet in an other way (to have a really clean system. 'For example Fingerprint doesn´t worked by first try, I couldn`t register because there were still a fingerprint registered from the stock Rom)

I didn`t registered new fingerprint service in Terminal (Magiskghide props), because of this step I missed, it failed. But now everything working! :good: Maybe it helps others with safetynet problems.

-Audio FX doesnt work with phones, had to turn it off

I also have the problem with the wifi.
Also sometimes my Browser doesnt work anymore. Therefore it's not relevant which one (Chrome, Opera, Firefox). They just cant connect to any website.
After reinstalling everything works again.

Seriously thank you for all your hard work. This ROM is amazing and it brought life back into my Mate 9 which was abandoned by Huawei in terms of software development. It saddens me to see you stop working on it. Best luck going forward.

Thanks for the latest build! Updated to the latest TWRP, and then flashed it (went from the october 22 build to the november 11). No problems.

Too bad that you stopped the development, this was the best ROM i used on this device, others just had many issues o small niggles here and there. You listened to the users and fixed everything (at least for what i could see).

You'll be missed! I really hope somebody continue your amazing work.

What a pity... But you've provided the best Pie ROM for Mate 9.

HUAWEI devices are really difficult to deal with, no matter for developers or users.

The ROM is nearly perfect now， no problem at all for daily use.
