i think the problem come from to the recovery the phone dont go to recovery for installation the rom, is it possible that erecovery is down?

can i install lineageOS again?

I use this to flash back to stock. Is pretty simple. Need to use the correct twrp recovery.
With the 3 file from firmware finder.

Do i need TWRP ?
if yes i can't do this
the only way i can do it's by fastboot

You can fastboot flush recovery ramdisk.img
Are you using this cmd *recovery ramdisk* for recovery?

If you're using the TWRP from this thread you can't boot. Because is for Pie. Return to stock need another TWRP.

i tryed a lot of TWRP 3.1.1/3.2.1/3.2.2/3.2.3 and everytime i can't boot.

For now my phone is at the repair store, i will see ....

i will try again with TWRP 3.2.1 from your link
