Android Ice Cold Project​

AICP is known by everyone as Ice Cold Project that started on Desire HD and since then evolved into a mature ROM with the BEST community you can find!!!

Until Lollipop, Rom has always been AOKP based. Unfortunately, since AOKP either stopped development or will make a comeback later this year, we changed our base to CM when it comes to hardware, drivers and some features.

If there are any bugs, either we will sort them or CM team if it concerns their modifications. This rom isn't CM supported so no need to report errors or bugs to them!!

Full Changelog: Included in ROM

• Sound is not working if you set selinux at enforcing. Set it under developer options to permissive and reboot. Sound works after that immediately.
• To get Vibration working navigate to Settings -> Language & input -> Game Controller -> Use vibrator -> turn this off and on again. If it suddenly stops look at http://zukfans.eu/community/threads/development-of-cyanogenmod-need-help.395/page-19 there is a workaround to re enable it. This works now for a few reboots at my device which it doesn't before.
• Mic is not working while telling with in speaker mode

ROMS should contain everything you need to enjoy MM. You are not required to install any Add Ons, simply download the latest ROM, gapps, flash it, and go!
You are STRONGLY recommended to fully wipe your device before flashing, and if possible avoid restoring system apps and system data with Titanium Backup - these can cause stability issues that are very hard to debug. If you believe you know what you're doing - then fine, go ahead, but please don't complain if you experience strange behavior.


How to flash:

• Don't do it if you don't know it
• ROM has gapps persistance in between dirty flashes

Which version of TWRP do you have?
Are you sure you flash this on Z2 Pro?

You can activate Navigation bar as workaround. I'm searching after this bug.

I downloaded the update, However I get an error code 7, stating that the build is for Z2pro and my device is Z2P ( Device is a Z2Pro ). I attempted to update / change the updater script for google in the meta folder, however it still gives an error. Not sure on which TWRP I am supposed to use. I have the chinese version of the TWRP.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Meanwhile it could be too much to ask, any luck with the HR sensor, anyone been able to make it work on this rom

I just got my Z2 Pro two days ago. I am actually quite happy so far with ZUI but I would love to get back expandable notifications and some other CM stuff. Just wanted to ask about battery life and camera quality with AICP. Is it comparable to stock ZUI?

I'd like to try it out but I have just finished setting up all apps and stuff. So, if I unlock and flash TWRP will I keep my sdcard content or will it be lost? And can I do a TWRP backup and restore of my current ZUI setup? Any experience from someone who already did this would be greatly appreciated.
