I had that same problem with aroma sticking. Had to Odin back to stock then it worked. But didn't install the latest version of twrp

I am on the n900w8 Canadian. Everything is working fine in the rom except the gps. It wont lock.

Here is what happens, when I use the gps test app the gps continuously gets a 3d fix every couple of milliseconds and drops it over and over again , never really locking on.
When i go back to stock n900w8 i get fix on the gps no problem at all with in seconds. How can i fix this? i really want this rom to work.

Update to my GPS not "fixing" issue

1) On Dom S7 Fresh install -- Took off inner cover and cleaned and bent out connectors NO GPS FIX
2) Went back to Fresh Clean Stock ODIN KitKat -- GPS Works and Fixes
3) Went to Clean Fresh Stock ODIN Lollipo -- GPS Works and Fixes
4) Installed Dom S7 as per instructions -- GPS won't Fix
5) Swapped out GPS.conf per this thread -- GPS won't fix

I had the same problem, tried every fix I could find and ended up pulling the ripcord and ODIN'd back to stock Lollipop.

Really can't function without GPS working.

I want it to work so bad. I've tried so many different things to make it work. I am thinking maybe I can take the gps files out of stock firmware and put it in this. But I wouldn't even know where to begin with that.

Try to Odin to stock lollipop ( I went with fol1 ) then Odin twrp but version 2.8.7 ....then wipe all partitions ( system data dalvik cache ) 3x then install the rom after checking MD5 ........

I ODIN'D to Lollipop doh1 because fol1 is for only n900t right? And then after all my steps were the same.

I am running dual boot now. The Lollipop rom works great gps and all. Any mm rom I install has this same gps problem.

I ODIN'd to KK and then to Lollipop as well.

I didn't try the wipe 3x Voodoo, face east with a sprig of mint in my mouth thing, but I did everything else I could think of.
