If it is the first boot then yes... First boot takes "forever" and it is normal

Yes, I had the similar thing happened. Stayed on for 5-10 mins, then rebooted and then bootanimation for 10 mins.

sounds good. Yes its been stable since the stock Kernel flash.

It never happened to me when I was in this ROM but it seems you are not the only one and worked out ok. If it is no go for you try with another kernel and make sure you follow the OP installation instruction, TEKHD is very detailed regarding his work

That could be took a few different ways, considering that, what's the reason for your post? Does it bring something useful to this thread? Not trying to sound like an ass or anything but honestly.. Should you have seen one, are you telling others that it's been days, talking to yourself or complaining?

I can assure you that I haven't jumped ship. I'm dealing with some personal things where I can't sit at the computer for long periods of time right now. I am working on some stuff for the ROM though.

So i installed yesterday and so far so good! Nice and smooth and responsive. Probably the best 900t rom out there IMO. My only questions are...Is anyone having a problem with voice search / s voice working with a voice command when the phone is locked? Or does that function even work in this rom? And also, is there any way to enable / install a customized option for swipe up and pull left features to have them open a specific app that we can choose?

Yes this ROM is almost perfect. Once lock screen rotation and NFC are fix, I would go so far as to say this will be the Official ROM of the Galaxy Note 3!
