so...I odin latest firmware (FPL1), root, and TWRP 3.1.0
made sure baseband is FPL1
flashed this rom, but at the moment its going to aroma it shows samsung boot screen and gets stuck for more than 10 min.
anyone help please...

same thing here i cant boot past the first lock screen...

You need to be on a lower version of TWRP than 3.0 to flash. AROMA doesn't work with those versions of TWRP. Version 2.8.7.0 is the most stable version for us.

@TEKHD How you been doing bro? I threw this ROM back on my spare Note 3 last night just to play with, and Man.... I totally forgot how smooth and freakin fast it is! Haha
This and our other DomPop family of ROM's are STILL hands down, some of the absolute best for any of the Note 3 variants.
I've still been messing around with the Note 3 some. I have a ROM thrown together that started out as 7.1.1 that the Nexus 6P/Pixel XL runs, and I've added stuff like the Xperia Home launcher, Walkman music player, Xperia widgets, and then other random apps from other devices, like the Moto360 camera app. Even though I have a Nexus 6P and a OnePlus 3T, the Note 3 is still just as fun. Lol

APN changer app does not work either, it opens the APN settings again without being able to edit them.

Yes!!!! Long story...... Forgot why I dumped the note 4, in less than a month yah I think maybe because the settings button was removed, so I used the note 3 for a whole long time after and then got a note 5, I am dun with the note 5, then got a LG 20volt (worst mistake ever) note 5 was cool but because no sd card, had to go and so i found my note 3 and had the old pom pom rom from way back its cool but the battery drains about a little more than 1% minute (that's the reason I got the note 5) so I read about the release date for the note 8 and seen it might have the dum-finity display like the s8 so your can't use real tempered glass and have to handle it like a woman not to push any buttons on the edge lol so I looked through the note 3 roms and read the work done on this and wow! So Getting my donation if the battery is good!!!

Try fresh install, not sure but mine had no data and just had to make a pretend apn and switch back and it works now

Question :
1.) when on a call and receive a sms I only get a very quick vibration, any way to hear audio notification or normal vibration?
2.) yah link is down for the status bar Mod
3.) also the phone gets really laggy after just a few hours. Needing to use trimmer app, Is this normal?

Is that ok to flash this?? It's the latest update from software updates.

Also, whats the difference between "normal install" and "fail safe install"?
