So guys i had to close this thread until the dual sim works,because @surdu_petru is working on Single Sim Rom,so the thread has closed a while.

I have not seen before, the same identical ROM, twice posted on XDA ... also this ROM use all my source code, so the ROM resulting can't be different from my CM-13.0

Please, apply the rules ( Development Rules) in such situations . Thank you very much.

So far,met 3 issues:
1.No fingerprint,same as @spences10 & others;
2.Google camera can't save phote sometimes;
3.Shadowsocks can't scan a QR code.
not big issue,I'll keep it & waiting for your update.

btw,suppose only based on @surdu_petru 's TWRP,I have tried many times failed with other TWRP mode.

The new HWC is worse than stock. I build next release with stock HWC will solve thermal problems. The ROM isn't stable now. If you want to use the ROM as daily driver,you need to wait tomorrow i will build and upload fixed build.
