-And We Make The Wipes, Already Finished, We Back Everything.
-Flash The Rom Elemental (Delay Around 4 to 6 Minutes)
-Flash Update_Data_Full Elemental (1 to 2 Minutes Delay)
-At The End Of The Installation,Press Wipe Davilk-Cache
-When Finish, We Give In Reboot System...
We turn Off The Phone And Enter The Fastboot Mode:
-Decompress File:

We Open update.bat Press Enter

nice work bro. am on bln l22 not on oreo, i want t oknow whether bsnl 3g sim will work on this, because all the other roms except elite rom 3g sim doesnt work. it doesnt detect sim even after doing the buildpro edit as the mods have give. want to know if 3g sim would work.

this is the easiest installation if ever used twrp. then only confusing thing is hwota if u learn how to use it then this os installation will completed in 2 minutes with hwota nearly 30 mins.

solves the boot problem, Rom Elemental EMUI 8.0.0:

-Install recovery twrp
-Install Rom elemental
-Install update_data_full
-When Finish, We Give In Reboot System...
We turn Off The Phone And Enter The Fastboot Mode:
-Decompress File:

We Open update.bat Press Enter
-Automatically Install Ramdisk and Kernel

The hwota method is beyond me now, i tried at first but it was a brutal failure, I followed each step but the twrp from hwota won't flash. I tried the normal Russian language hwota cuz other would instantly close if choose the 2nd option as my bootloader is already unlocked.
I went with russian setup it did everything but failed at twrp and i ended up with no system at all, then had to make a lot of effort to get back to the way my device was. So, if anyone has successfully followed hwota and got their 6x some Oreo then kindly put forth the clear instructions.
