Rom flashing :
1. Download the ROM and use flash tool
2. Unzip the ROM
3. Install the flashtool and drivers
4. Flash the ROM with it

Changelog:
You'd better conduct factory reset and wipe cache partition first . Back up your phone before factory reset. If there are some errors during flashing, you can flash official rom first and then try again.
