seperately installing gapps fixed the problem with insufficient space


although i noticed that widgets are oversized for me :S

as for anyone else, pretty much.regarding the clock....scroll right, and you'll find two clocks "Analog clock small" and "Analog clock large"...they work fine

yeah the miui clock is oversized.. but i downloaded "smooth calendar" widget from market and its oversized as well :S

there still seem to be some issues with that

That's because of MIUI launcher, you can use another launcher if you really want that fixed.

guys, i tried a lockscreen theme and i couldn't unlock the phone anymore, not even with the menu key, i tried to reboot, but it was still the same...so i had to do a factory reset from the recovery...just wanted to let you know, so it doesn't happen to any of you

There is a button combination in official MIUI to unlock in the same situation just don't remember it exactly. Search for it on Google.

Somewhere i read you shouldnt use the lockscreen from the hdpi miui themes, the other things are working fine

Good ROM! The only bad thing is the Languages, it's only in English and Chinese...
But I've seen that you translated some apk to delete de untranslated parts and make a full English MIUI ROM.
So I think if I translate the same apks to Spanish the ROM will be in Spanish (because the System Dialogs and so are already in all languages)... but I don't know how I can do that and which apks I need to translate
Can someone help me with that? I'm really interested in translate this MIUI ROM into Spanish

There is an 'official' ES fan site for MIUI with fully Spanish translated ROMs, just need anybody to merge the MDPI Legend version with one of them.

Anyone got the same problem? Can you try?

Then I've had twice a reboot after opening 2nd spare parts in settings -> system ...

Yes, i had that problem too. any.DO also seems doesn't like this ROM. As for viber,

Please note that Viber doesn't officially support MIUI at all (or all custom ROMs for that matter)

Using MIUI for years on SGS and SGS2 and no problem with Viber. There were some at start of Viber Android but now there is nothing.

Quick bug list:

- Calendar app draws a solid bar on top of the first week of the month
- Some apps fail to install, e.g. Endomondo
- I get a message warning me that process system has crashed at every boot, pressing force close / wait makes it go away and there's no problem
- Reboots after having played media, either through the music player, or through Last.fm streaming
- Lockscreen music controls aren't nicely alligned
- Not sure if this is translation related or not, but if you search Google through the search widget (sidekick.apk), you get a wrong URL

Camera reboots sometimes

Hi there,

Found another strange bug...

The MIUI Cam is causing a reboot somtimes when I take a picture... mostly when it is a dark area or a close object that needs a lot of focus.

In day light at a normal, not to close distance it works properly.

Then when i tap on color effect it reboots also every time...

Can someone reproduce this?

I reflashed, wiped everything and also fixed permissions.... didn't help

Honestly, I can't do much about it. As I said, I just took an existing chinese rom, inserted the translated apk's into the .zip and added some apk's.
