Any feedback on the latest build? No news is good news? I haven't updated since the April 13th build as that one has been relatively good while many problems have been reported since.

Seems great to me, I didn't have any random reboot since I dirty flashed the last build nor did I have any other issue.

I still get 1-3 reboots per day.
Hidden status bar items occasionally revert to being visible.
Minimum frequencies for the CPU clusters keep bouncing up and down for some reason.
Browsing the Play Store with the app is really sluggish, as is the YouTube website.
Other than that it's been working fine here.

I'm still getting a lot of random reboots on the Jun 25th build; I'll try to update to the July 20th build and see if that fixes it.

Also: I attached logs to /sys/fs/pstore/console-ramoops-0 (which I believe is the new location of last_kmsg). It's kind of strange that there are a bunch of non-Unicode characters (had to open in Notepad++ or else it's all Chinese characters). Maybe it's corrupt?

Update: I am still facing random reboots on the July 20th build with Loony Kernel r16. I attached new console-ramoops logs in the hopes that it would be useful. Let me know if there are any other logs you want me to take to help you debug and it'd be more than happy to give 'em to you ?

Same here! Awesome performance but I get shutdowns when the phone gets a little bit hot or when I start recording a video from the native camera app. Not sure if logs stay saved once the phone turns off, if they do, pls tell me how and i'll post them.

Thanks a lot for the great work @Lyuu.

Hi,

can anybody comment how the latest versions of 8.1 and 9.0 compare

Arrow-v8.1-z2_plus-OFFICIAL-20180827.zip
Arrow-v9.0-athene-OFFICIAL-20190720.zip

?

Is 8.1 expected to be more stable? Does camera work in 8.1 and 9.0?

When installing, I get an error in TWRP:

Updater process ended with ERROR: 255

(both for a sideload and installation from /sdcard).

Lineage-14.1 installs flawless with sideload.

Any comments are welcome :)

Many thanks.

Search for "255" before asking.......
Arrow 9.0 is stable. Not as stable as stock, but what would you expect? Just try....
Camera is working.

Firstly, The Codename of Moto G4/G4+ is athene, the 8.1 zip is altogether for some other device. And Camera and other things work good with Arrow, give it a try.

The Error 255 occurs when you use a 32bit recovery (official) use this one:-

Moto g4 plus India edition. Volte not working. Internet works fine but not able to call.

If it works on stock, try making an efs backup and restore it when you have installed arrow.
Or did you format internal storage while installing?
