Please be sure you are using one TWRP that can handle firmware flash.

Came from LineageOS a few days ago, which drove me crazy. Reboots and shutdowns again and again... So I flashed this kernel and ROM as described above in this threat (yes, I read all 577 pages) and I am satisfied. No problems, everything works fine and I did my donation for your good work, Daniel. This does not use SultanXDA camera HAL.
Cameras work fine in it though. If one doesn't want to use the stock camera, many like to use Bacon Camera, which recently gained panorama support.

Read first post and you found all help you need...
Highly suggest a full wipe installation.

Download rom and your preferred gapps
Backup your apps in Titanium Backup
reboot in recovery
wipe everything but the internal memory
install ROM + gapps
reboot
restore your apps with TB
done

Just one fat question, i had on my phone the Tuga 11 Version working well and i now isntalled Clean the N43. The phone boots normaly, installed normally but when i insert sim Card it is not getting any network, It sees the SIM card normally but no network connection. Is it any Bug?

Install the CM13 from OP, then reinstall Tuga 43.

It's common on the LineageOS builds for charging times and discharging times to need to "settle in" for a few days.

Install the CM13 from OP, then reinstall Tuga 43.

Hi, I switched from Sultan OS (based on CM11) directly to Tuga 7.1.2 and have also some connectivity problems.
Could you be more specific with the solution?
Do I wipe everything, install CM13, wipe again and install Tuga back?

First backup your important files. Wipe everything install cm13, reboot to recovery, wipe everything, install tuga, install Gapps, reboot to system. If the problem persists search the thread for the word "firmware" to install. Check your APN.
