logosA, I painfully reflect, why there was my problem. I am ready to flash BL and Modem by Odin according to your recommendation though I do not see in it necessity since I do not consider my stock ROM old. But before I would like to ask a question:

Have you really forgotten to mention FACTORY RESET?? If so, during what moment it is necessary to do it? Whether correctly I understand, that procedure FACTORY RESET consists of in performance of the actions specified below a line *** FACTORY RESET ***, i.e.,
go to wipe menu> advance wippe.

cashe
system
data
internal storage
etc?
(It is known, that there are several methods of FACTORY RESET)

as we know There are 2 types of recoveries; stock and custom.
In stock recovery, factory reset delete everything on your device. Everything in your internal as well. It will wipe clean your device.
For custom recovery, twrp in our case, it won't clear your internal sd storage so your photos/music/docs/backups are intact. It will only delete data partition which stores your downloaded apps.
So in the case we were talking, something in that Data partition(leftovers, apps that crash in the rom etc) , is what is causing rom to behive like mine and my friend who asked, did.
Thats why a factory reset is wise to be done. Also moving from rom to rom (customs or stock), I always perform a factory reset. Its cleaning the rom deep.
Stock recovery may clean your personal files as well, custom will not.
Thats why when you dont have a external sdcard and want to flash a new rom, you copy the files you need in the root folder of your sdcard, so factory reset will not touch them

if you still have your old KIT-KAT rom's modem and BL, that could be something that could interfear with the latest Nougat roms and their settings

My WiFi has earned after I have removed WEP-encryption in home router. WPA/WPA2-encryption remains. Advice has been received at Russian 4pda-forum.


With screenshots has understood, has found an option in settings.

There is some ambiguity with the root rights. I have established recommended package, but ES File Explorer it does not see, does not see the important files in root directory. At switch on writes, that this option is inaccessible

if you dont have root acess after you flash rom, 2 things can be happening as the rom is prerooted:
1. Go to settings>developers options>root and enable root access to apps and adb.
This way ES file manager will have root access to files and folders.
2. Something went wrong with your root and you have to either reflash the lineage Su or, after remove it
flash some other root method (Super SU is my choice)
To do that boot in recovery, flash SU remove(unSU) and then SuperSU
REBOOT your phone
1 . Lineage SU
addonsu-14.1-arm-signed
2. Lineage SU remove
UPDATE-unSU-signed
3. SuperSU
SuperSU-v2.82-201705271822

Yes, has switched on the developer's mode. Now root exists and ES File Explorer all shows.

Recently, started getting Device Uncertified error on the Latest AICP ROM for this device.

Everything was working fine as I had Flashed teh lates zip "aicp_n7100_n-12.1-NIGHTLY-20180108" with pico Gapps on 10th Jan 2018. But started getting uncertified error 3-4 days back. The real problem is, I am able to download apps from the google play store and Safetynet check passes, but I am not able to use apps like Google Tez as the app checks for device certification :(

Can someone help ?

EDIT: using lineage root zip with iSU for hiding root.

Is there any mirror links except telegram? Will certification error appear after update (dirty flash?) if there aren't any yet?
The rom is good, but with time it degrades: battery drain l2_hsic, bluetooth and wifi direct stopped working (accepting files). Are these issues appear in latest builds?

No issues in latest ROM. I can upload it to db or gdrive or mega if you want
