Make sure your device model number is GT-N7100 and you are flashing the latest build of the rom which can be found here https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=11410963190603912139

If the device is rooted, you can posts logcats using apps like matlog which can further help people know how to be of assistance to you.

WiFi fix is only for murata chips. If your WiFi works after you flash the rom you shouldn't flash the fix. Also WiFi fix is not required on Los 15.1.
Try without magisk installed

The pdanet + worked with USB tethering, connected to the computer, but Hotspot and WiFi Direct are not working again, this is the problem of these custom romes, but there is no problem in the most of the custom romes.
