Restarted, no luck . Should I flash rom once again?

First try all scene modes if not success then flash again after a full wipe

I tried all the modes but nothing happened. So I flashed again after wiping data and dalvil cache and format /system. Still camera doesnt have front cam access. Have u done any changes in rom recently. In your device its working fine, maybe after u installed rom in ur device, u changed soething. Or maybe I m the only one who is getting this.

No, i'm using same, try fixing permissions from recovery->advance->fix permissions then go to camera settings and reset defaults

Its not working. Whenever I start camera the front cam button lights up for a fraction of a second and then becomes grey. Is there any app with font camera feature so i can test it and use it as alternate?

Update: Something is not right. I flashed ColorOS custom rom. In that rom both camera is working fine. Then reflashed Epic rom, but again front cam button is greyed out. U should test it once more. Strange problem i am facing.

one minor bug is there, ignorable though, status bar is turning white inside some apps like whatsapp.

I can make patches for your problem but the funny thing is that I cannot test any of them because mine is already working and I can't upload so many patches for you to test

But you said colour OS ROM is working perfectly.

So it cannot be a device specific issue, otherwise the error would have occurred irrespective of the ROM.

Yes, that is strange . Only my device is not going to show my face while running Epic rom.

I don't know much technically, but even if you replaced your backup with a new , why should it give any error?

I dont know, if some files are corrupted from device related to front camera, as we format only /system, maybe somewhere else a file is corrupted or deleted?

That's nyc. I will wait for that, myabe it can solve my problem.

I redownloaded, then wiped data, wiped dalvik cache and format /system. Then installed the new zip. Rebooted. Same result no front camera access. Then I again flashed ColorOs rom to double check. There front camera was woking fine again. Then I again go into cwm. Wiped data, wiped dalvik cache, wiped cache partition(this time) and also format everything except sdcard. Then installed once again. Rebooted. Same as earlier. No Results.

@akashujjainkar ColorOs have a big bug, when call comes, screen goes dark, u cant even pickup the call, and when call ended, screen comes again. But when u are inside the pone book, its woking u can pick up the call normal way.

And in the screenshots provided there are no such buttons at the bottom, instead there is a button at the right top corner to toggle from notification to quick settings, which I have seen in older versions of android like 4.1.2. That's why I asked that question.

In my opinion, just to share what I think, two buttons at bottom is better than one button at top because it's much easier to reach those two buttons than the one in upper right corner.
