but just one issue in s3 launcher , if you create folders in app drawer and add all icons inside this folders after reboot you will fined some icons not longer inside this folders this issue happen in all custom roms with S3 launcher

Just the systemUI.apk and framework.res. That would include the status bar, notification shade and sense previews

Battery life better on tw roms because of the kernel. And i'm talking about gl notecore which is amazing on battery life. As for the other things, well everything works, no lag and better speed, but not as customizable as cm9.

Maybe BSNL(Broadband Service Provider) faces the issues right now. Mine just cancelled and started it again. But its still at 20kb/s. Lucky U..Huh

right now i'm on PA (CM9 based) and i understand, according to OP, that i don't have to do anything special except a few wipes...
should it be a problem if i wanna go back to a CM9 rom after i install this rom?

Make sure to use a safe kernel while wiping. Backup all your apps. While going back to CM9, use a safe kernel to wipe. Everything should be fine then.

Long story short: USE A SAFE KERNEL!
