Its a mix. But base is surely based on aosp. But they adding some cm commits to maintain stability!

Important notice!!!

STOP CRYING TO ME ABOUT BUGS AFTER FLASHING A CUSTOM KERNEL!!!!!
i dont assure you if every kernel is 100% compatible with this rom, you are doing it in your own risk!
apart from that in stock as far as i've noticed there has been gps and play services issues which has to be fixed i guess

Can I copy the fm folder from any other rom?
Will it work?

i dont think it would work cuz fm requires few extra libs!! in my next build i'll implement it!

V4A doesn't work.
Any way to replace it with audiofx.?
Beside that ROM is great.
Sometimes the network (ril) is lost like when restarting, and comes back only after turning airplane mode on and off.

Set "compatible mode" in v4a and then try!!! Ril problem not been encountered like that!
To get the default cm audiofx just pull it out from any other rom and paste it in system/app/audiofx/audiofx.apk

And at last battery charging animation in circle doesn't work in status bar though it works on lock screen and notification panel.
Battery backup is great!!?

Move that phonograph apk from System/apps to system/Priv-app and set proper permission and reboot, and about circle battery animation, cm modified this to circle only on qs panel and in lockscreen to prevent constant redraws leads to reduced charging time and battery life. Its good it not circles all the time!! [emoji6]

if anyone is having issues with viper4a just use this mod.
it is a modified version of viper4a with some more libs from other sound mods and the important thing it works with selinux enforcing
just flash it and forget everything

Hey anyone facing frequently google play services fc notification.Yeah I flashed custom kernel clarity r10 but it was also happening on before flashing it.
I thing this issue is related something to gps because whenever I open any app which is related to Gps say google map, xda app etc this popup appears but after some when the app closed it disappears.
Please someone clear that.
I am using open pico gapps arm.
