Let me look into that some more! ThxThe htc weather app mod works nicely. Paired with the G4 tweaks weather animations is a very cool feature!
And i am pretty sure it has a transparent widget.

On the drive front, xposed app settings is going to be your best, and right now only bet... Just don't adjust lg apps, it breaks a lot of things, and will result it FC crashes. The black out is taking a ton of time, mainly because of hidden items.OK I have 2 request 1 support for multi DPI because im used to getting the most out of these large screens. And 2 blacked out UI.

Common sense isn't all that common
There is a thread around here... I believe in the v10 forums (not carrier specific) on how to do the reverse... ie, set the few apps that cause the problems to 640 dpi in app settings first, and the adjust system dpi to what you want in the build.prop... I have not tried it as app settings works for me... But if you do try it out, report back as too how it does...Thanks guess ill stick with stock DPI as I like the whole system smaller not just certain apps l. Appreciate the response ROM is killer

System wide DPI setting with App Options for stability.

You can uninstall Nova launcher with Titanium Backup or my backup pro.let's just me how does uninstall Nova Launcher 4.2.2
thank
I wonder why that is. Do you have any extra build.prop settings or flashed something that's performance based?Nice rom but not stable for me. My phone would freeze when the screen went off for longer than 5 minutes.

Thanks for this I'll figure out how to get it to locate it or have it where it can be removed with not problem. Sorry it have you troubleI had some issues uninstalling Nova on this rom. Titanium couldn't locate the apk and I wanted to update to the latest prime Nova version. So I ended up trying to install my own apk manually by replacing the base.apk in priv-app. That didn't work and I got stuck unable to boot and was forced to clean flash since I d'oh-ed and didn't backup.
So here's how to do it right if you guys want to replace the nova launcher with your own version:
- Get your own Nova launcher apk
- Install a different launcher for temporary usage, like that new Asus one (I don't remember its name)
- Locate the base.apk inside /system/priv-app/teslacoil........
- Replace the base apk with your own
- Reboot
- Navigate back to the base.apk and manually install.
- Remove the temporary launcher
- Nova should now be working
I also suppose you could decompile the rom zip and just replace the nova apk in there, but that's no fun.
Well I have to remain skeptical about this article as the T-Mobile site still says manufacturer development because the galaxy s 5 says T-Mobile testing and still hasn't received MM yet so how could our V10 jump from manufacturer development to completed.Would this ROM be updated to MM when the update comes out? lg-v10-t-mobile-set-net-android-marshmallow-update-next-week
Yes it will, it may even beat the update... I think it was because I was in a bad tmobile service area and it was switching back and forth between 2g and 3g and no service.I wonder why that is. Do you have any extra build.prop settings or flashed something that's performance based?

Just out of curiosity, how did you end up configuring your CPU Governor to better handle the big and small cores? I'm getting that freezing-to-black issue as well... I'm looking at a whole list of governors in EX Kernel Manager, but would rather not try each one in succession if possible. This is the first rom flashed after installing the updated TWRP. After unplugging this morning and a short ride to church my phone was stuck at the black screen. Pulled battery and changed CPU Governor for big and small cores and been rocking ever since! Thanks for a smooth rom @livlogik
