It has been a trip with 5 broken windows, 10 holes in my roof i can see out of, and 2 totalled cars and one has liability only .... I have been cleaning up glass all day and covering everything because its supposed to rain tonight. I still haven't got to work on my school homework lol.

Are you in Texas? My girlfriend apparently had a similar experience with hail the size of her fist clobbering people to the ground on the streets in San Antonio. Anyways as the other guy said, take your time. Android development is just a pastime.Sorry guys i will respond to everyone sometime soon. Yesterday i got hit with baseball/softball hail. We're getting some fun weather here in Austin, just not as much hail as you are... My prayers go out for you and your family, hopefully everyone stays safe and you don't have too much damage to cover out-of-pocket.Sorry guys i will respond to everyone sometime soon. I was finally able to get mine working by flashing the attached ZIP in TWRP; then reboot, ensure your SELinux status is Permissive, install the driver, and reboot once more. The only caveat is that the attached ZIP doesn't install the very latest 2.4.0.1 apk, but the previous 2.3.4.0 version instead. I haven't had a problem since installing it though.Hi everyone. Great Rom.
My question is; has anyone got v4a working on this Rom.
Currently running gumdrop and his custom kernel.
Thanks

I'm running his custom Rom on gumdrop and very stable. Very fast and snappy. GREAT BATTERY.
I flashed this on top of it. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=66183799
Really made a huge difference

From that thread:whats that do tho?
Think of it as a less conventionally installed kernel. What does this do?
Simple. It turns your device into an even more efficient powerhouse. Here are is a list of everything done:
-Interactive Governor tuning for performance and better battery life, a quick description of what I did...
-low load, quick response, low frequency
-high load, quick response, higher frequency
-modified input boost settings for Interactive
-Adjusted GPU target load values
-Switched IO scheduler to noop, and tuned accordingly
-Adjusted minfree values (RAM management, it is a little more multi-tasking friendly)
-Adjusted VM parameters - swappiness, dirty ratios, cache pressure, centisec values, etc (again to complement multi-tasking... your data will hang out a little bit more before being written to disk, but house cleaning won't happen all at once, so there is still good performance and your system won't bog down while it is flushing the toilet)
-DISABLED zRAM!!! - I have no idea why a device with 4 GB of RAM has zRAM enabled. This is purely a waste of CPU cycles and other system resources. You want physical memory, not compressed memory.
-Changed congestion algorithm to cubic (better network performance... assuming the network bandwidth is already there![]()
-Cleaned up the shell file and fixed some errors.
-More to come!
Just be careful, all these tweaks are killing meFrom that thread:

Common sense isn't all that common
Last few days I've been running intelliactive on both big and LITTLE. I was trying to tweak some odds and ends of the various governors that allow it, as well as the many tweaks that have been posted... Basically I just over did my tweaks, and made it all counter productive... Look around for other boot animations... Most will flash over what you have...ZDeuce:
So you think we are better off without those set of tweaks? if you have few minutes can you give us a speedy analysis, you are our Tutor you know
And ...... Ummmm, the Boot Screen Sucks / Anyway to change it to something a bit conservative/professional ?
Great ROM, Great Work Dev.
I'm still running into the issue where, after an indiscriminate amount of time, the phone will become unresponsive and the screen will stay off until a hard reset... did you run into that at all changing out governors or other kernel settings? If so, what is your best current kernel setup?Last few days I've been running intelliactive on both big and LITTLE. I have had this exact same problem too. I'll set the phone down and when I try to turn the screen on it will not come on and I have to pull the battery.
