Yeah, I've dabbled some in boot animations and themes, but I couldn't imagine making either from scratch! Just too many files to mess with! :p

LOL I've ignored the idiots right from the start so I didn't even know there were racist comments!
It is definitely true there is no place on these forums for such childish behaviors, especially when people (like me, and you, and most people here) are trying to be helpful.

Now to get the discussion bach to XquiziT, where it SHOULD be:
I've installed CM9 after using it on my tab and having a strange bug show up while running XquiziT involving my battery getting hot and draining, but for those on Gingerbread I do think XquiziT is a great ROM!
And there is no reason to knock other ROMs here, this is the XquiziT thread, not the "I think this other ROM is better/sucks" thread. Maybe people can discuss a polite comparison of the ROMs in the Galaxy Exhibit 4G thread.

I love all the other roms. I have actually tried all of the roms except exhibition, and i must say, they're all quite impressive. I really do miss cm9 and all its unique features, but I guess I prefer the stability and camera of gb roms. But you never know, I might always switch back ^__^

Galaxy Exhibit cwm-based recovery v6.0.1.2

6.0.1.2 has new features, including better support for both external and internal SD cards, faster backups and restores with a new backup format that de-duplicates data in between backups. Exclusive features for Galaxy Exhibit include:

wipe menu with rom wipe
All system wipes under one menu: rom (system/cache/data),cache,dalvik,cache/dalvik,data.

Stack zip files for installation:
Flash cm9 & gapps, etc. Select as many zip files for installation as you choose. Flash them all with one command.

Install system images:
Drop any recognized system image into a folder on your phone (i.e. recovery.img, system.img.ext4, adsp.mbn, boot.img, etc ) and recovery can flash it. You can even drop the contents of an odin tar/md5 file in a folder and cwm recovery will flash it all automatically.

This is regular interface, not touch.

    Ok guys heres my first working crack at building a rom for this phone. I dont actually own this phone my daughter does so it makes developing for it difficult when she's not around. Anyways big props to camcory and wilson pickett for being guinea pig's and testing out my builds.

    Install Instructions:

    Coming from another Rom:

    Download Rom to external_sd
    Download Superwipe v3 to external_sd
    Boot into Recovery
    Make a Nandroid Backup to external_sd
    Flash superwipe (reboots back into recovery)(This will not wipe sdcard)
    Flash Rom (auto reboots)
    DO NOT TOUCH for at least 5 mins!!! (System needs time to finish scripts)
    Reboot then login...

    Coming for XquiziT (Any version)(I recommend Superwipe but not needed)

    Download Rom to external_sd
    Boot into Recovery
    Make a Nandroid Backup to external_sd
    Format Dalvik cache
    Format Cache
    Flash Rom (auto reboots)
    DO NOT TOUCH for at least 5 mins!!! (System needs time to finish scripts)

    The ROM does not affect the radio, you are not going to get what you want. Think of the ROM like the trim package, accessories, mp3 player, wide rims, low profile tires, blacked out trim. Maybe a full auto door open / close package, rear camera, sunroof, dvd players.

    The motor under the hood is still the motor under the hood. That is your radio.

    You came in annoyed and now it is escalating since you think we are idiots or holding out the secrets. We aren't, you just don't like what we are telling you.
