No Modem & Bootlaoder Necessary
Reboot to Recovery Mode
Once in the Recovery, select the Data wipe option if you want the factory reset
Then Fast & Famous_xxx.zip then selected.
Once your selection is completed and you can flash Reboot the device!
Do not panic it must be about ten minutes of installation time and the phone reboots, so no stress everything okay!

Warning, you must perform a full wipe (cache - data - system -) to use the PART 3.0 otherwise you will have many worries following the many modifications.

Then flash the Rom and wait for your phone to restart is that you are on the language welcome screen, then restart again in recovery and flash the ExTra_ModS_PART.3.0 zip then reboot and enjoy​

can't install its TWRP says

COULD not find meta inf com google android update- binary in the zip file
