Hey Carl, do I have to use this Rom to upgrade to KK? As per this thread here. .... http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2712039

Or can I just use any rooted kk Rom??

no you do not, you can use any cutom KK

but if you want the official OTA kitkat use this thread [ROM][Guide][Ver-3][AT&T][NC2][OTA Update Fix][Soft Brick FIX]

then you can use any other custom rom , that way you start with a clean OEM AT&T OTA install

this rom here is just a stock custom MLG version odexed and deodexed like any other custom rom.

Great ROM, just what I needed, thanks!
One question, I would like to remove all AT&T apps. I ran the "Galaxy_Note_3_AT&T_App_Remover_Recovery_Installer.zip" script in SS but none of the AT&T apps were removed. Any ideas?

If you would have ran that at first rom install all the apps would been gone, but it looks like they updated so you need to go to /data/app and delete them.

if I knew the names I could add them to the Galaxy_Note_3_AT&T_App_Remover_Recovery_Installer.zip

I will look and see if there in my phone /data/app ( I need something to do ) LOL

  • Device Help
  • Mobile Hotspot
  • Usage Manager

Hey Carl, had something weird happened recently and my stock slot got corrupted. Wiped, then tried to reinstall stock, but lost NTFS write access. Tried installing your stock rom and the permissive scripts, but reboots after the Samsung logo. Thoughts? Just looking to get NTFS write access back.

you might be best doing a factory reset and install the NC2 firmware

So I'm currently running 4.4.2 NC2 on AT&T Note 3, rooted (using TowelRoot), SafeStrap 3.75 installed, BusyBox Pro installed and would like to flash this ROM. Though I'm not new to the process of flashing this will be my very first attempt at flashing my Note 3. Can I install URDroid in a ROM-Slot? I've read several places where the ROM-Slots in SafeStrap are not working yet. I've had other folks tell me they have flashed custom ROMs into a ROM-Slot with no problem. I've already booted into SS, made a backup, and also created a ROM-Slot. Am I, at this point, good to go? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi I've been looking for this file N900AUCUBMI9.zip

Which contains all the ODIN files for MI9 but the links are all shot.

They say you can't downgrade yet I was able to downgrade from OC2 to NC2 with no issue as long as I have all the files for proper ODIN procedure.

MI9 is required to move forward with anything on the Note 3...

MEDIAFIRE is 100,000,000% preferred... Since all other sites require sign up and all this none sense and take 4 hours to download 2GB...

This is the original link to the file N900AUCUBMI9.zip ...

https://mega.co.nz/#!PQ8CBbbK!IXUxr1__SfmdLGFwkU_AAzf5jvpUzpvr4Ep3XJdBEUE

This is as close as I've gotten to MI9 which may contain all the required files for ODIN...

Thanks

Hi to everyone! Did someone have this problem: I was on 4.4.2 (flash N900AUCUCNC2_Full_Odin_Tar), rooted, installed SafeStrap, NC2 kernel and when I install any rom I get an error: "error executing updater binary in zip some symlinks failed (status 7) installation aborted". I've 20 GB free on Internal SD and on external. What the problem is? I've used latest SS.

Thank you for your help. I've fixed the problem.
