[ROM][FINAL][7.1.1] CyanogenMod 14.1 for Xperia Z

1st boot is not yet complete, now nearly 2 hours - did I do something wrong?

FYI, I booted into recovery, wiped the phone and cache, installed the CM14.1 from internal memory and GAPPS Pico, ARM 7.1

EDIT: Sorted it now, I updated the TWRP and it seemed ok after that

Lock Screen freezing

What may be the cause behind lockscreen freezing? This frequency of lockscreen freezing is increasing as the days are passing.

Using last build cm14.1 for 2 days or 3 can't remember ?
No freezing with me

First flash can take about 20 mins , just wait
Note : Camera don't work

Same here.Everything works perfectly for me.No freeze and no random reboots,CM14 was also perfect and CM14.1 too.
First boot might take at max 7-10min.

2 hours!!Check,download package and gapps are not corrupt @sammyballoo

I am not facing browser or web lag,if anyone does (just a suggestion,dont know itl work)try switching your WebView in DeveloperOptions.Download and try Google android webview.

im using the one that came with the rom,it works flawlessley be sure to delete the first shortcut on home screen and put a new shortcut there

once i got this rom up nd running, it's awesome, but after installing root, it boots for hours and there seems no end. I can't wait for hours. it really is hour, not minutes.
And I tried to revert to my previous backup (5.1.1), and it booted for hours and nothing came up. I didn't know how to fix it. atm it seems i can only use 7.1 and there isn't oming back
