Hello there! Thank you so much for the ROM and it's working completely fine on my Xperia Z 6602 model. However, I keep getting the public key sign and the SELinux not enabled warning which I can completely understand as you mentioned it's WIP. I am using the SELinusSwitch tool from XDA directly. Although it's enforcing it, now I'm getting the warning from playstore with trusted App. Would really really appreciate if you could find some time to sign the image with official keys (even if the release is unofficial), have the SELinux enabled and upload the ROM again.

At least in my device, there is no problem to connect WiFi on 5G channel (not on VPN)
Hi ISPG and thanks for your reply. I think I have the exact same issue which is a shame as my company offers free VPG WiFi but only in 5Ghz ;)
It used to work @LOS 15.1 so I wondered if it maybe has something to do with Magisk...I used Xposed all the time until LOS 16 - and that's when the WiFi issue started. I thought about clean installing LOS16 again - but I wanted to wait until it turns official :D

First, thanks for this ROM :good:
Saw this and it made me nosy.
So i grabbed my good old dusty Yuga and dirty flashed it over LOS15.1, also flashed Open Gapps (pico), wiped cache and finally reboot.
Works fine so far.

About 5 GHz wifi issue - it works for me.
But i only use the lower channels 36 and 40 on my router.
I knew it from other (older) phones, and also our old aunt Yuga doesn't like the upper channels above 100 in the 5 GHz range.
If your router is in automatic-mode, you are maybe in this higher channels. Set it manually to i.e. Ch. 40 and check it out.

Hi akkufix,

thanks for the information about the 5GHz channels. Finally I managed to connect to 5GHz WiFi. Unfortunately the free VPN wifi at work seems to operate at a high channel and I cannot see it anymore. Either they switched channels or the upper channel range worked with LOS8.1...Thanks again and best regards

How to root? I have flash Lineage and Gapps Pico. It works great. I have now Boot to Recovery and flash the addonsu-16.0-arm-signed.zip without problems. Now i'm in the Rom but havent root. What to do? :(

Edit: i found the solution. I haven't activate Root in Dev Settings ;)

The battery drain in this rom is very strange. I come from LOS14 and LOS14 is very battery saved.

Did you upgraded using twrp app?
Did you wiped system before flashing the ROM?
Long time without contacting you.
I don't remember it very well, but I think so, I did it from the app.
And to the second question ... no, lately, I don't wipe anything. I install the ROM directly from Recovery TWRP,
I guess the only difference is the security patch, compared to previous versions. And before rebooting, I also install the GAPP

Hi there guys

I had an old Sony Z. the phone was broken for some time, i managed to repair it, unlocked the bootloader and flash TWRP and FOTA using this guide:

forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-z/orig-development/ub-twrp-v3-2-1-xperia-z-t3735098

then i flashed LineageOS 16.0 and gapss using TWRP and restarted the phone. the logo animation of the rom shows loading but it never ends, after 10 minutes the phone restarts and goes to recovery by itself.

i tested higher versions of TWRP with no FOTA: same result

i tested LineageOS 15 and RR v6 Oreo with TWRP: same result

i flashed the boot file of the lineageOS 16 to the recovery and flash the rom zip file every things finishes and still the same result

is this about FOTA? or i am doing something wrong?

can somebody pelase help?
