We have already discussed, the ota package is not for spflashtool. (Just remove that ota package)

Hello. I bricked my Unit FF-5000 Alps AC8227L (see attached photos) and now my unit just power on, but display remain black as in the picture. I use SP Flash tools and I deleted all (I use format All + Download). But the file I have want to write is not for my unit, and now the system is bricked. Any help please!!!
I'm desperate, because I try all I know, but no result.
If anyone have these file ( pgpt, pro_info, nvram, protect_f, protect_s, seccfg, ) for making device to boot, and Preloader, lk, bootimg, arm2, recovery, sec_ro. meta, logo, misc, logo, metazone, etc... I will apreciate.
Unit seems to react on SP Tools, not want to update from that 2 file on usb/sd card (dboot.img and update.zip)because do not detect usb drive, but the red bar on SP Flash Tools go to the end, and after that, I got 4032 error. On device manager my unit it see as MediaTek USB Port (COM7).

Hi,
I think I have bricked my alps FF-5000 8227L device
I did the following steps before this happened:
1. I flashed the HU with this firmware: 8227L_8_UI04-国外11_v1_20210421 UPDATE.zip link
2. The process was successful, everything worked fine, but the screen resolution was much bigger than the device native resolution.
3. I found a possible solution (thread) in another forum, according to that I uploaded the attaced files in the zip to the system.

4. This process was also successful but after that the system didn't boot anymore. I can see only black screen with backlit.

And yeah, I don't have any dump from the rom. No backups.
I have tried to connect to device via USB cable but my computer doesn't recognize it. Also I have to find the test points so here is the picture of the mainboard.

I bought Chinese Android radio with version 11, the steering wheel key was working good, but after a factory reset stop working and I try to setup as before using the app and factory setup but not working, try enter in can setup and choose the car but still not working and then try different car brands but not look, anybody can point me what I have to do?

Hi I buy this lowcost navi android..after installing a luncher and i make a restart my device dont want to boot...only see android ..and after 60sec reboot ...I try all firmware for stick XY auto but dont work..I try with PC Spflashtool the device dont connect to the laptop

You put the zip file on a flash (FAT32) and connect it to a USB port, then go to Settings, then System Information, from there choose Android upgrade (It will be in a different color if the update file is detected) then press Yes, and the device will update and restart (note that it must be Android 9.1 on at least until the update works)

if your system doesn't look like pictures from post-88145547 this update is not for you.

Basically if your radio isnt released by xy auto, you most probably can't get it to work.

In order for us to help, we must show you pictures of the system because the pictures are easier and clearer. As for Android 10, I think it is fake, and the real one may be 8.1. For my current device, T5 (K2501), and previously it was 9270 and 9218 XYAUTO

Do you have a pictures how does your system layout look like?

From this DevCheck app looks like the firmware could match with Yt9216CJ xyauto firmware for 1024x600 resolution.

Depends if you can upgrade firmware thru USB stick or thru pc you have two different packages to use.

So Yes, you can use gongban_9216BJ_9216CJ_hw_11ok-OTA-v7.3.8.zip with usb pendrive, then go to car settings and press 'android upgrade'
if if you get a message about incorrect model you have to flash （电脑包）公版海外9216BJ_9216CJ_hw_11ok-v7.3.8.zip firmware via pc with spflashtool


1024X600_1280X720_26themes here's lastest flash themes upgrade that you can use thru 'android upgrade'
compare with the screenshot inside the link if you don't already have the same themes.
