Merhaba, maalesef yedekleme yapmadım. Şu anda herhangi bir yedeğim yok. Orijinal yazılımı tamamen geri yüklemek istiyorum. Bulduğum yazılımda sp flastool ile kurulum yapmaya çalıştığımda sürekli olarak 4032 ve 5054 hatası alıyorum. Buradaki adımları eksiksiz uyguluyorum fakat sonuç aynı. test noktalarını kullandığımda bilgisayarım cihazı tanıyor. ama kırmızı çizgiyi sp flastool'a yükledikten sonra hep aynı hataları alıyorum. bana yardımcı olursanız sevinirim Cihazımın resimlerini ekliyorum. Yardımlarınız için şimdiden çok teşekkürler.

Try again to flash the firmware whatever you want using SpFlashTool-5-2112 version wich works best for most users with these units.

Usb drivers You can find inside: ExtremeMOD - Drivers Package

Lastest software from xyauto:
9216BJ_9216CJ 10.0 XYAUTO_7.3.7
SpFlashTool packege is named ''(电脑包）9216CJ_BJ_hw_8239ok-v7.3.7.zip" Just remove chinese letters after download to avoid errors.

To make a normal system upgrade in spflashtool, you can do it via 'download only' mode.
If you still have any problems, do a clean flash via 'Format all + download' mode. It wiping whole memory and reload new partitions and system.
Use scatter file included in package.
In this mode all files from file list must be selected.
Package from the link is missing the 'preloader' and 'metazone' file, because you should use your own files from backup.
Since you don't have it i'll give you my own files, in the attachment.

After that the system should be working, you may just have to reconfigure the touch screen or buttons in car settings -> factory setting(password:8888)

My device stuck on the android logo, the seller sent me a firmware to update via flash drive, but the device does not read the pendrive, the pendrive light blinks a few times and stops at the logo. if the radio turns on the screen, probably the preloader is still ok so you don't have to use the testpionts.
if pc doesn't recognize device just check the usb cable, try to use a different one, maybe this one is damged. I had a case like this with mine.
Btw. for flashing firmware you should connect usb cable only to a 4 pin plug.

I had android 9. 1 I updated to android 10.0 and apparently it updated badly and now I can't use the screen, the test point thing, how do you make it work, press the colon and connect the Usb to the PC?

Again like I said above, if the screen still lights up, the unit should be detected using first option: by connecting usb and then 12v, pc should detect the unit and the process should start.

if the pc doesn't detect the unit at all (and even the unit shows no signs of life at all), then you should try the testpoint method.
Then you should connect two testpoints together, then connect usb and then 12v.

1- I did reset the unit from android menu because sometimes stuck on restart loop until I pull the fuse and return it back after a minute.
2- after the reset the unit stuck on restart loop what ever I did.
3-i tried to update using USB but it didn't work.

-usualy you can use 'download only' with that package as it is, without 'preloader' and 'metazone' when you are flashing similar firmware.
But if firmware is different, bigger system partition size etc, then you can get error 'PMT changed for the rom' and the process will be cancelled, nothing happens.

Then you have to select 'format all+download' with all files, including 'preloader' and 'metazone' added.
Probably you'll have to choose it anyway.

Sure you can do it in your car, just make sure that unit is properly wired, so it dont have a any power supply when ignition is off, because the process begins just after first access to the power.

Btw. I hope you already have the usb drivers installed

Now I did download only and flash done the new firmware but with the new firmware still stuck on restart loop..

I tried " format all and download "

But giving me this message .

I did copied preloader and metazone you have given above to the firmware folder.
